I always stop at Harvest as the food always amazing This time however is the first time I have been a little disappointed. The Head Waiter who was so suited and great in her role was not there and it was all a little chaotic. The food sorry to say was not great both times we are there in this... More

Food was excellent, ambience simple but very comfy, service was great! A place for all meals :) Bone mallow and lamb breast was delicious and matched perfectly with the Shiraz, the pea with lardo and the eggplant with green tomatoes was something really unique. I need to go again to try their dessert too...the smell of freshly baked cake coming... More

If you are on the pacific highway take the tourist drive to visit newybar and harvest cafe. Often superb with great food. Their own bakery and veges even. Try their special ginger beer.

My partner and I were visiting the area with family from overseas and needed somewhere for a light lunch on a hot afternoon. We chose the perfect place! The Harvest Cafe occupies a beautifully restored wooden cottage, the decor is spare and the art interesting. We sank into antique leather sofas under graceful art deco-style fans and enjoyed a reviver... More

Wow! what a find and a great reason to take the slightest of detours of the main road. We'll never drive up or down the coast without stopping here now we've found it. A beautiful old wooden house renovated into a lovely indoor outdoor restaurant, a bakery at the bottom of the garden with a coffee cart doing great coffee... More

This was a really great dining experience. After winding our way through the lush green rolling hills of the hinterland about 20 minutes drive from Byron Bay the three of us found ourselves at this country house come restaurant. The ambience is gentrified country with vintage leather couches and country style. We sat on the wrap around verandah. The service... More

Beautiful cafe / restaurant in the Byron hinterland set in an old cottage with wrap around verandahs serving simple but mouth watering local and organic produce. Great laid back atmosphere with friendly and efficient service. There is also a bakery and deli if you just wanted to pop in or takeaway for a coffee or a few snacks.

We have been meaning to try this restaurant for years. We keep hearing such wonderful things about it, that when we drove up to Brisbane this trip, we actually planned our trip around visiting this place. It was so worth the stop, and i cannot believe i have driven past so many times over the past year or so and... More

We enjoyed dinner at this popular restaurant. The dishes were interesting and beautifully presented. Service was good but our waitperson was rather monosyllabic....and not overly friendly. Wine list offered good variety.
