I had heard a few less-than-favourable things about this place (that it is a sleazy party place for very young backpackers who want to get drunk and play stupid games like wet t-shirt comps) but we ended up going there as had been given a 'free dinner' voucher as part of a tour to Nimbin.

This was such a fun place to have a drink or seven and just dance on the tables! They have theme nights every night it seems and it was overall a great atmosphere. In terms of rating this place as a restaurant, it was not that great. Took about 2 hours to get my food and just standing in line...

Went here a couple of different times while I was studying abroad in Australia. Had so much fun dancing on tables every night and can't beat the $5 dinner - the burgers are so good! They often have a fun theme and party going on. Definitely a great late night spot to go to with friends.

Oh my god!!! What a night! One of the best party nights med and my mates had in Byron. Best part was without doubt that the dance floor was actually on the tables! CRAZY!

Cheeky Monkey is the best restaurant why i think this because the play ground is a cheeky play ground. The food was beautiful and was a reasonable price. The staff were really friendly and always there when you need them.

Marty the manager is the definition of a D-bag. A frumpy old man in his mid 40s who hates his life and hates his customers. Bartenders are all girls who are all stuck up. Security guards and the $5 meals are the ONLY THING this place has going for it... I suggest checking other places.
