Great food and ambience

The restaurant fit out is basic but very nice and reminded me of the sort of trendy trattoria you expect to fine in the back streets of Rome, Melbourne or Darlinghurst. The food was excellent as well inspired by traditional peasant Italian fare. Well worth a visit with a nice glass of wine.

The service was great. The food was exceptional with a great wine list. The restaurant was not too packed unlike most in Byron. Great music, I believe mainly by a guy called DJ Fulltracks. But to top it all off the kitchen looked spotless and hygienic. You can almost see your reflection in the finely washed crockery. The stove top... More

Great contemporary restaurant with beautiful food - on my recent visit there I had gnocchi with peas, broad beans and pesto, then honey pannacotta for desert. Both dishes were fantastic. Highly recommend.

The best part of eating here was the staff. Very helpful and friendly. Food was Okay, basically simple and not a lot to choose from.

I mostly like this place. It falls perfectly into this category I have made in my head of wealthy Sydney types moving into the area and doing what works down there - Full Disclosure - I have no idea if these people are even from Sydney but it is a descriptive tool that I think most people can grasp. As... More

Food was fantastic, started with a few tempura oysters, then a fegola (a mixed seafood dish) and the shitake mushroom risotto. Staff were friendly and helpful and although it isn't a cheap restaurant, the food and wine are well worth a special occasion.

Very nice food, eventually. The variety of the menu and creativity is fantastic but the size of portions is small. The price for this little plates is more expensive than most other places in Byron. They charge high for extra shots and decaf in coffee. The service, though was terrible. It took 20 mins to order a coffee in a... More

And seafood fregola lovely pasta haven't had that before good balance of flavours and lovely fresh seafood. Good wines and thoughtful suggestions from our waitress. We had breakfast here yesterday which was really enjoyable - Corn cakes, egg and bacon rolls and French omelette. Coffee was great - milkshakes were tasteless - service was good at first but became too slow when waiting for 2nd coffees and the bill (annoying when you're ready to get going). Nice appealing place. We sat at tables outside.

Better off going elsewhere in Byron. Had an ok pasta and the worst pannacotta I've ever eaten. The manager was incredibly rude and shouldn't be working in hospitality.
