This place is ridiculously amazing. A full cocktail bar is a great way to kick off a Sunday arvo session and resulted in us just dining at the bar. All of the seafood was succulently fresh. The paella was authentic and perfectly cooked and the pork belly is a must! Foot forget to knock back a sangria or two!

An absolute must!! Food was so delicious (pork belly pieces with quince paste and blue cheese stuffed dates wrapped in prosciutto were the star of the show) and close second was the soft shell crab sliders...WOW!! We also had the slow cooked lamb as well as the beef cheek! Although totally full, we felt we had to keep ordering to... More

We have eaten here 4 times, and it's now on our must do list every time we travel to Byron. Delicious, really delicious food. Amazing cocktails and a cosy but vibrant atmosphere.

As a Byron local, St Elmo is definitely my 'go-to' restaurant. Consistently good food, evolving wine list and a team of genuinely friendly, knowledgable staff. An instagram photo of the slow-cooked lamb (with preserved lemon & labne) lured me in over the weekend and I was stoked to discover even more tantalising dishes on their new menu. Four of us... More

We stumbled across St.Elmo in Byron Bay on a Friday night and loved it! The staff were excellent, and took pride in their food and service. The Food - simply fabulous, Spanish, tapa, fresh, well balance and brilliantly cooked and served. The Butternut Pumpkin Pastries were my favourate, but the Pork Belly with Fig is to die for - we... My wife and I had a weekend break in Byron and were able to book St. Elmo for dinner on the Friday night. The wine list, menu, atmosphere and service are all first class. When you go with two people it's a struggle to narrow down your options. You want to try everything. The chef had a special entree of... More

Had dinner here with my 20-year old son and we both agreed that St. Elmo is a wonderful restaurant. The menu is great as is the open-air dining room. It was our last meal on our trip to Australia and we both agreed that it was the best.

What a fabulous restaurant. Soooo tasty. The staff were well informed. The drinks are great (yum for the peach Berlini) and the food is first class. In fact, the slow cooked Beef cheeks are better than the ones that I had in Melbourne's Movida (even though I loved the Movida ones too). Great atmosphere. The seats could be more comfortable... Overrated; overpriced for very average food, disappointed after hearing so many good things about this place. Service could have been better too.
