Brilliant Spanish restaurant with its cleverly designed atmosphere and innovative delicious food. Great staff. Great wines. Our best experience of all the places we tried.

We had dinner one night. The restaurant is nice and well located. The tapas are ok, not great and a bit pricey. The wines are also quite expensive. Service is standard. Ok, restaurant but nothing special

Don't get me wrong Bryon Bay has lots to offer for all tastes and wallets, we certainly made the most of our 2 days there, see my other Bryon Bay reviews. St Elmo, located on Fletcher Street, offers you that location away from the main beat of bars, which when you add in the great Tapas and Drinks menu you... More

Had dinner here on our last night in Byron. Food tasty but slow paced. We ordered 5 dishes but got 3 within a reasonable time. The other 2 we cancelled as they took too long to arrive and the moment has passed. (We paid for these but just didn't want to eat them). Nice place, good atmosphere. Just not a... More
