Outstanding!

I've just had one of the most pleasurable, innovative and satisfying meals - ever. Dining as a woman alone can be awkward, even unpleasant, but this was a joy. The tapas plates are fantastic, I had 3 but 2 was really plenty. I just couldn't resist. The scallops with sweet corn and honeyed popcorn... read more

We enjoyed a really delicious and tasty dinner comprised of 5 different tapas sized meals at St Elmo. The portion sizes are great as sharing plates and excellent value for money. The beef cheeks were tender and delicious. The tomato bread was disappointing as it was more like toast with garlic & tomato puree spread on it. I had expected... More

Whenever in Byron we eat dinner here as the food is amazing and the wine menu extensive. The fresh snapper was beautiful on this occasion and the pulled pork and beef cheek was very good. The pen-a cotta desert was really tasty and the gelato melted in your mouth, The Spanish red wine we had was nice and mellow and... More

Brilliant Spanish restaurant with its cleverly designed atmosphere and innovative delicious food. Great staff. Great wines. Our best experience of all the places we tried.

We had dinner one night. The restaurant is nice and well located. The tapas are ok, not great and a bit pricey. The wines are also quite expensive. Service is standard. Ok, restaurant but nothing special

Don't get me wrong Bryon Bay has lots to offer for all tastes and wallets, we certainly made the most of our 2 days there, see my other Bryon Bay reviews. St Elmo, located on Fletcher Street, offers you that location away from the main beat of bars, which when you add in the great Tapas and Drinks menu you... More

We did an early sitting with the family. It is more of a bar atmosphere and quite noisy so I would recommend for families with mature kids only. The tapas was excellent and the beef cheek a highlight. Wines by the glass were OK but the options looked more interesting if ordering by the bottle. This place has some bad... More
