Lovely meal!

We had a great night at St Elmo. Cocktails were really good, my negroni was delicious. Food was very good and the desserts were standout. Service was very good and prices were not unreasonable. Recommended!

Great friendly wine bar and restaurant which is ideal for families with older children, couples or small groups. Our waitress was very helpful and knowledgable. Tapas style meals with a great selection which makes it easy to share. Food was excellent. Smart casual with contemporary decor which appeared very popular in the heart of Byron. Make sure you make a... More

We stayed in the apartments behind this restaurant and couldn't believe how busy they were so we decided to venture in one evening and try it out. WOW! The food and cocktails are to die for. Make sure you book but you must try it. Its tapas food and the waitresses were more than helpful helping you select your dishes.... More

We rang a number of times to leave messages to book with no return calls given we got recommended to this place. Eventually when we did get in we waited 20 minutes after out start time before getting a seat. The food itself was ok but way too pricy for what it was. Some of the staff were great but... More

St Elmos is our local go to when we want a little more from Byron CBD. Set in a side street, make no mistake and be sure to book a table in advance, as they're usually busy. Try the seared green peppers cooked in olive oil and rock salt or the pork belly chorizo and melon dish is an absolute... More

St. Elmo (Spanish Cuisine) The 1985 movie St Elmo's Fire featured heart (hard)torn Rob Lowe and No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 song by John Parr - St Elmo's Fire, Man In Motion...boggles the mind with possibilities. So with such distant lineage in this name, I had high hopes for a slow building crescendo of a motion picture orchestra. This meal... More

I have been to St Elmo on a few occasions now. Wait staff have always been excellent and very attentive. The cocktails are amazing and food excellent. I can highly recommend the soft shell crab tacos! The restaurant also has a lovely relaxed ambience about it.

Booked here for my girlfriends birthday as last time we came it was her favourite in Byron. Called ahead and mentioned the occasion and they said they would give us a great table. They did - best table in the house. Awesome food and cocktails, but the real standout was the service. Our waitress Kate (or Cait?) made the evening... More

Came here for dinner on a Wednesday night at around 7pm. The place was buzzing and we didn't have a reservation but were offered a seat at the bar. We ordered 4 dishes between the two of us and this was just the right amount of food. The pork belly and chorizo was a stand out - I'm not much... More

Came here for casual tapas dinner and was totally blown away by the amazing dishes and lovely outstanding service. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were treated to an awesome food experience. The wait staff were super friendly, and when there was a tiny issue with one less taco, it was fixed within minutes... More
