Needs to decide if its a restaurant or a takeaway

We checked the menu board outside and it looked reasonably priced and appealing. Seated by friendly welcoming staff a served with water and menus promptly. My wife and I both chose the same main....fresh fish (snapper) and chips. Poor choice on both counts as it turned out. The fish was grossly... read more

Best seafood in Byron! Great seafood with so much flavour! We had the salt and pepper calamari with Szechuan sauce was very tasty along with barramundi and chips, the fish was cooked perfect and crispy. The tartare sauce was very tasty also! Highly recommend and great for any occasion. Family was also near us and noticed given colouring book which... More

Dropped in for a late breakfast on a return trip from Brisbane with my wife and this joint was the chosen venue. Pros: Great location (right on the main beach), friendly service from all staff, eclectic menu, prompt service, good coffee and great french toast! Cons: None really. Some say you can't stuff up breakfast but you can .... and... More

We ordered what sounded like tasty fish burgers in the restuarant but they turned out to be just awful. The slaw was horrible tasting so we just ate the fish and left most of the bun and slaw. Will not be returning to this overpriced place for a meal.

Good value for money. We had a takeaway pack for 2 for $27 and there was more food than 2 men could eat.

This looked like a nice restaurant and the staff were very friendly, arranging for us to book a table at the edge of the deck so that our dog could sit the other side on the pavement. If you are looking for a quiet spot then Friday and Saturday night is probably not the time to visit as the music... More

While passing through by Byron Bay we dined at Fish Heads. I must say the staff were very accommodating. While dinner service commenced at 6 PM and we arrived at 5:30 PM and were nevertheless welcomed. As it was an early meal and we were on the road, the fish and chips looked appealing. Both the fish and the chips... More
