Terrible Service

My partner and I called in for a lazy Sunday breakfast after a weekend away down the coast. We waited quite a while for a menu and then again for our orders to be taken which didn't bother us too much as we weren't in a rush. Had a late breakfast here with my wife. Mothers Day so there were plenty of people out & about in Berry. Staff were friendly & service was good. Break kid was good & reasonable price for what we had. Our experience was okay & I would visit again.

Waited 40 minutes for two club sandwiches not until I asked for a refund that things slowly happened Meal was priced at upmarket restaurant prices but served at a middle class take away/eat in shop Meal was average quality Now I know why they get you to pay for it when you order Otherwise they would get lots of customers... Went there this morning for breakfast. Upon arrival the closed sign was still being displayed. Once seated we placed our order. One pancake breaky, one vege breaky with mushrooms, and one bacon and eggs with mushrooms . During our wait time, our waitress Informed us we wouldn't be getting any mashies with our meals as there were none, and they... More

After reading the reviews on here, we nearly freaked out! But to be fair, the breakfast we had was fine. We had eggs Benedict and bacon and eggs, and enjoyed them both. The only thing I would say is that the service could be improved. It wasn't rude, it just needs some polishing up.

This is a relatively large café on the main drag in Berry. There is a good choice of options available for breakfast, with average prices for the area. The coffee is to a high standard. One tip: if you order the mushrooms for breakfast, they come with onions, so specify if you don't want these.

If your after a basic breakfast go for it. There is no love in the food and we always wondered why it is so busy maybe as it is on the main road and good for people watching only.

I do not recall ever having been given a more revolting excuse for a meal. We ordered our meals.... I made the mistake of ordering the beef nachos. My partner had nearly finished their meal when I was presented with a plate of what could only be described as swill crossed with garbage. The clearly stale nachos were covered in... More

Unfortunately did not read reviews when we stpped in Berry for lunch to end our fabulous holiday. I ordered the club sandwich which was supposed to come with avocado and oven roasted tomatoes. After waiting for nearly 30 mins, the coffee arrived. It was terrible! Then the club sandwich arrived about 20 mins later without roasted tomatoes or avocado. Turns... More

We visited jetz cafe and found a seat outside. We sat down and the table was so filthy it looked like it had never been cleaned, there was food scraps and everything! We were confused where to order so we asked the waitress (an older lady) and she mumbled facing the complete other way with no respect or consideration at... More
