Delightful trad pub by the creek.

Peaceful friendly good value and decently kept booze. Good to sit outside in better weather when the tide is in. Very unlike the rest of sadly dull Torpoint.

Great food. Always different meals on the "Specials" board. Friendly staff. Cosy and welcoming. Real fires in the winter and beer garden in the Summer with views across Tamar.

For two consecutive years we have hired a house in the area, with the Wilcove Inn as a major reason for returning. The service, food and tremendous welcome can't be bettered. I very highly recommend a visit. We're going back this summer!

Went in for lunch, hadn't booked so was told there was a wait which was fine with us as was busy when we walked in. Starter of garlic mushrooms came out quickly and went down a treat. Mains took a bit longer but defo worth the wait. I had pork tenderloin with black pudding fritter and it was the best... More

I looked on tripadvisor whilst we were on the motorway and found this little gem. We were a party of six. The food was absolutely delicious. My Dad said the ham was the best he had ever tasted. My steak was cooked to perfection and there was a good veggie option for our daughter. Both our son and my husband... More

Smashing tasty steak and fantastic hand made onion rings but the wait was a litle too long. However they were very busy and it is only a small kitchen. Home made chips would make it even tastier

We had the delight of celebrating New Years Eve in The Wilcove. A gastronomic delight! A ten course taster menu that tantalised your taste buds. From the amuse bouche all the way through to the desserts, absolutely scrumptious! True talent from the kitchen a fabulous evening, thank you to all involved and respect to Russ the chef!

My crew and myself have been to the Wilcove Inn quite a few times over the last 2 years. All in all its a small, very friendly local village pub that serves very good food. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The regular beers are very well kept and the odd guest beer makes an appearance. The whole... More

My husband and I love this pub. Food is always lovely and I love the nice, quiet, cosy atmosphere of the pub. I love the friendliness of the locals and the barman is always lovely, polite and remembers our order. No complaints here

Myself and my colleague decided on the Wilcove for our annual Xmas lunch (on the boss). Although I have eaten at the Wilcove several times my colleague has never eaten there. I had the steak which was cooked exactly as requested, which is not always the case when ordering steak elsewhere, my colleague had the fish of the day &... More
