Nice cafe in good surroundings.

Good little cafe on a prime spot in St Austell, shame the service, food and atmosphere has never been more than average, shame really that this cafe is due for closure imminently as it has the premise of something really special.

Queues all day for all the different cafe and snack bars. Too many people for too few staff.Mediocre food and expensive.

A July Monday before the school holidays had even started and it was very disappointing. After a long half hour wait for something like a baguette or salad there was almost nothing savoury left to eat in this cafe outpost. Staff looked fed up and worn out. Prices were steep. No-one was clearing tables and I had to clear and... More

Ate here as part of our trip to the eaden project and was a little let down. We went for the burrito section and although they were making them there and there they looked and tasted a little mass produced and far far too much cheese to the point you could not taste anything else. If you go to the... More

Reading the previous reviews it strikes me that a lot of people are getting mixed up with this cafe in St Austell and the cafe at the Eden Project ! This is situated in St Austell and on the back of the Eden project offers overpriced average quality food without the service or even a smile shame as the bread... More

The food was good but expensive. I think more variety would be good. Buritos were ok but my daughters chicken salad was not good and the kids sausages had a funny taste. However, the brownies were fabulous

Nothing special: you get what you pay for and nothing more. Having a captive audience, there is little choice: take it or leave it. I decided to leave it.

After a very hot walk around the rainforest bio we were looking forward to lunch for a cool down. We went to the cafe as the med bar was too busy and weren't disappointed. We both had really tasty chicken wrapped in parma ham and lemon, with fregola salad and roast aubergine with goats cheese. The little one really enjoyed... More

Wanting a change from pub meals our daughter told us about the restaurant at the Eden project open some evenings. A pleasant walk down to the Mediterranean Bio, with all the visitors gone we sat in the restaurant area with a good choice of Med food. Nice atmosphere with the olive trees around you. Pleasant, helpful staff, a chance to... More

Although it was late in the day, they had limited fresh and healthy food eg salads. After a long day of walking, the comfy seating was limited and already taken. Pasties and coffee were however nice.
