We visited here on Fri 20th Feb 2015 for lunch and a coffee. The sandwiches with chips were very god. They also offered a good choice of seaford dishes. Service was friendly and efficient. Good place for lunch.

Been to Wreckers a few times and always had a favourable experience. The food is a little biased towards seafood etc and sometimes the alternatives could be a little more adventurous.. Steak or burger? Overall in a good location and a quick tip there is an absolutely stunning Malbec on the menu. A little bit pricey though for what it... More

I am happy to read that you have enjoyed coming to wreckers and have a favourable experience. We are positioned very close to the harbour and the sea which of course encourages us to have locally caught fresh fish on the menu. As you mentioned in your review we do a lovely fillet steak and a gourmet burger, but also... More

I've been to Wreckers several times over the last few months and every meal has been lovely. Prices are very reasonable. No idea about wine etc as I don't drink (yep really) Staff are friendly and efficient. On warmer sunnier days it's lovely to sit outside on the patio just with a coffee (good coffee by the way)

Next time you visit Wreckers in St Austell ask the staff how lomg will I have to wait for my meal?We went there on a Saturday night and waited over an hour for our meal It seemed to me that a full restaurant did not have enough staff on duty, or just inexperienced to cope When we complained we felt... I am upset reading your comments after trying to solve the issue with you myself, having explained as to why your food took 42 minutes (not over an hour) to get to your table. You received numerous apologies for the delay and were given drinks off your bill to compensate. After apologising profusely I could not have done anything further... More
