Good food, warm welcome and reasonably priced!

My 2 daughters took me out for a late Mother's Day treat. I had 2 courses for £9.99. The chicken goujons were big and real chicken, very tasty! The Thai green curry was the best I ever tasted and presentation was lovely, bed of rice, chicken on kebab sticks, curry in a pretty little jug, crackers... read more

What a horrible start to the day. A really expensive breakfast with screaming kids having a freebie, filling up the toaster with too much bread and running around getting in everyone's way and knocking things over. Not the best! Nothing more to say. We did not bother the next day.

I fell for the next door Premier Inn dinner and breakfast deal. However main course ordered with dessert , it took awhile for it to arrive and it wasn't particularly warm when it did , the dessert then arrived about 2 minutes later it was of course returned. Presumably it was them re heated for it's return an hour later... More

Have eaten here many times and always thoroughly enjoyed the meals, breakfast, well what can I say, I don't know how they do it, all you can eat and kids eat free and the staff are so helpful. All this and a lovely atmosphere.

Sadly lacking the general good pub food quality we expected . The shared platter was both untimely (40 mins after sitting) and obviously deep fried to a crisp (unsavoury). The sirloin steak was a little tough and gristly. Sadly we will not be returning, even after the manager kindly reduced the bill somewhat.

We visited as we had a two for one meal deal offer which meant it was good value for money. Visited on a busy Friday night and sat in the bar area, we didn't have to wait long for food. The burgers give good value for money and the fish and chips are a good sized portion, however unspreadable hard... More

Dined two nights so far and both nights I've had to take my starter back to the bar to notify the staff that I was ready for my mains. Abrupt, can't be bothered bar staff and a terrible customer service. I come down here a lot on business but will not be staying here ever again. P.s. don't dare ask... More

We dined on the evening of 10th January, with friends who were staying in the Inn. Afterwards I wrote a 5 star review and was so delighted with the food, and service, that my Husband and I booked for lunch at 12,30 on Friday 23rd January. I had exactly the same dish that I enjoyed on the 10th January -... More

This is a great place to meet friends and family for lunch or dinner or even breakfast the food is nice and the different table areas are great as you feel more private and not on top of each other. They have an outside area which is lovely on a warm day to have coffee etc you can just about... More
