Went to this pub yesterday and found exactly what we wanted, a lovely old country pub with great beer, I had the Betty Stogg, wonderful pub food and excellent service. We have a young son who enjoyed running around in the garden and playing with the toys. I would recommend this to anyone wanting really good pub lunch or dinner.... More

We loved this local pub and really enjoyed a great value ploughmans and crab sandwich for lunch. Very friendly, beautiful setting and totally recommended.

Visited Miners Arms last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Atmosphere was very friendly. The menu was very accomodating to my fussy kids needs. The food was excellent in presentation and taste. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would definately recommend this pub to anyone.

What a great place to spend the last night of our holiday in Cornwall. The staff were so friendly making you feel like one of the locals. Great range of local drinks and the food was fantastic. If you like a dessert the choice is superb and they taste amazing. It's a great traditional untouched local gem well worth a... More

This pub is run by a really friendly family, who have created a delicious menu. Service was great, and my friendly waitress ran through the menu in detail on request, despite the pub being really busy. I ate an amazing fish pie, which was fantastic. Visiting the pub just for a pint in an experience in itself - it is... More

We ate here twice during our four night stay in st. agnes, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed and staff very friendly, would definitely recommend. The vegetarian wellington was outstanding and my partner ate the steak, kidney and mushroom pie both nights as it was so eye rollingly good!

To be found in the centre of a small village a couple of miles from St Agnes. Very good experience with a party of nine including children. Good choice of meats with alternatives available. Several cosy rooms within the pub. Good size car park. Woodland walks nearby. Very popular - booking advised.

This pub restaurant is way above the usual standard for this area of Cornwall. Their fish dishes are superb, and the staff welcoming and friendly. There is a main bar area and several little rooms off that a small party can fill and almost use as a private dining room. The cellar is down a flight of steps, but does... More

Just spent a week in St. Agnes - found this pub and just kept coming back! Food was superb - well made, fresh, and very good value! They did a venison dish which I loved - and there was a good choice of real ale too. Service was great - very friendly atmosphere - highly recommended.
