Good value food and drink for large groups

On our visit during August it was very busy, but our group of 11 managed to find tables which was a big plus point. It's quite a dingy, loud Wetherspoons and not the most pleasant environment for a holiday meal (I'd much prefer to see outside than silhouettes of trees and parrots on the windows... read more

Your typical spoons pub but with dog welcome in the garden. Parking outside but I would recommend parking behind the high street as it's cheaper.

We always search out Weatherspoons when we are away and this one didn't disappoint. We have never had a bad meal at any of the restaurants and always feel that we have had good value for our money. Well done Weatherspoons keep opening the new places and keep up the good work.

The place was rammed! We managed to find a table for four, cleared it ourselves and ordered two Sunday roasts and two other meals. Perfectly decent standard Wetherspoons fare, but the pub is busy, dark and loud. Car park is £2.50 for two hours, refundable, but we tried to visit a second time, paid to park, then couldn't find a... More

Just returned from our annual holiday to Perranporth. Twice we visited and both times we couldn't find seats and went elsewhere. A 3rd attempt and we got two tables for our group of 9. Food took ages to arrive, was incorrect and part of the order missing. The manager needed some deodorant! Some staff were helpful, others not. Coffee/hot chocolate... More

This pub is extremly busy in August and you can expect a wait for a table and food in August, however the staff were great the food is affordable hence the popularity with young families. We ate a number of times over a week and never had a bad dish once.

The food was really good here and because it is part of the Wetherspoons chain they have some great deals on food. Our family of 4 had 4 really good meals, with drinks for £37.96. It was one of the best meals we have had in a Wetherspoons actually. Sure, there was nothing fancy on the menu but what we... More
