Great Seaside Pub

Always go here when in Perranporth. Large pub and plenty of room even in summer with good choice of beers, some local. Large beer garden is great in summer and popular with families. The food has been good but there can be a long wait. Apparently they get overwhelmed on days of good weather with... read more

Firstly I have to say we didn't complain, and we eat the food, but I have to make this point after a bit of reflection that it could have been much better. The pub / restaurant wasn't very busy (30 people in) and the service was excellent, but the food wasn't right, everything was on the plates and the portions... More

Popped in one afternoon to this spoons, has a nice local pub feel, was served by Abby, lovely chatty girl, really helped us all out, nothing seemed a problem for her even though she seemed to be busy working all over the place, food came out promptly and was all great. I have recommended :)

Visited the green parrot on Sunday 3rd of January with some friends. Can honestly say one of the best Wetherspoons I've been to! Brilliant service by the gentleman with glasses behind the bar (Steve) very friendly and efficient! Ordered the Sunday roast came out piping hot and tasted fabulous! Came in with 5 of my friends and all the meals... More

I came here on the 3rd of January 2016 with eight friends and an older gent (I use the word gent loosely) took our order. Apparently he was a shift leader and I cannot fathom why he's been promoted as his customer service skills were absolutely appalling. Any question I asked about the food he sighed as if I was... Hi Thanks for your feedback. Firstly let me apologise if you thought the member of staff was rude to you. I did have a conversation with him and it seemed he got flustered with the amount off people ordering and changing things... he sincerely apologises if he came across as rude. As for having to pay extra, you ordered a... More

Hi Thanks for your comments, the seats around the fire certainly are popular given the weather at the moment. GM More
