Went for lunch. You know what to expect and good was pretty good. Served quickly and hot. Great value for money. However .... Clearly the staff not paid for their people skills or personality !

All the staff were very friendly, you feel like one of the family in this pub. Which is nice for a chain pub. Lovely food, great prices, fab atmosphere (Served by Beth, she was very friendly and chatty. Normally Abby and Pete are around, and are very friendly, and make me feel like I'm at home and like I don't... More

Me and my boyfriend decided to call in here after a long walk along the coastal path in Perranporth. It was fairly busy and we were told the there would be a 30 minute wait for our food which was fine. I ordered the salmon fillet and asked for chips instead of a jacket potato. Reading on the menu this... More

Have been to this pub a couple of times whilst walking on the beach here, maybe we caught it on a bad day.The food was under cooked and barely warm,my wife's steak was more blue than medium rare.We don't expect much from Wetherspoons because the price is so reasonable, but that doesn't excuse poor cooking.Like I said maybe it was just an... Have been in some not very nice Wetherspoons but this is one of the better ones! We did have to wait 20 minutes for the food but to be fair we were told this before ordering. It was a Sunday so it was quite busy but not enough staff. Food was okay and a reasonable price.

It's a Spoons so you expect reasonable food for good value. Unfortunately the sirloin was unavailable so I had rump which was ok to be fair. Friends had a chicken burger that was not great, meat dry and tough. My daughters pasta pomedoro was a few pasta spirals with a dollop of Dolmio on top. A bit rubbish for £6... More

Visited in September weather was lovely so sat outside. Pub not to busy, service was ok but not exceptional. Some items on the menu were not available which was disappointing but what we had was good value for money, and well presented. Would return if in Cornwall again.

standard food choice at a reasonable price worth a visit. If you need somewhere to eat this is a good place to try. Visited whilst on a business trip and was not disappointed with the venue or quality of food

We ate there most nights of our holiday with 5 adults and 7 children. The staff were very helpful even though they were sometimes short staffed and everyone was happy with the food. Would recommend as excellent value for money, but bear in mind this is a Wetherspoons and not a top notch restaurant so be realistic with expectations but... More
