This restaurant wins top marks for its organisation and service. Hugely busy without seeming to be. Everyone welcomed with a smile and even those who could not be seated went away with a time to return or content that all had been done to accommodate them. The food was good quality, highly recommend the Cajun chicken - a fine mix... More

Visited here with the family for the last night of our holiday. Ages ranged from sixty something to three. None of us were disappointed with our meals and our waitress (we didn't get her name, sadly) was lovely. Our three year old grandson was a bit besotted and she was very charming to him. The food was tasty and the... More

Popped in today for lunch, lovely atmosphere and decor. Busy at the time but service wasn't compromised by this as the food arrived promptly and the staff were friendly. I opted for the only vegetarian meal on the menu, which was very tasty. Fries were delicious- would visit again if in the area as it appears one of the more... More

Nice clean and well organised restaurant. We both had the fish which was fantastic - large portion and sooo fresh a real treat for city dwellers like us. On top of this the restaurant looks out onto the beautiful harbour of Mevagissey which was magical as the sun set.

We had lunch at the Sharksfin after my son found it on the web. We were greeted warmly by the young lady at the entrance and the great service continued from there. We placed our order, and everything came promptly, and just as we asked for. My daughter did not want a starter so we asked for her main to... More

Went here last night 26/08/15, for dinner couldn't fault the food and service. Location was really nice overlooking the harbour, a couple of kids running around the restaurant did cause some concerned as more worried about them being hurt, but staff quickly asked they parents to control them. Only had starters and mains, no puddings as was to full up.

A great effort on the interior decoration, contemporary and tastefully styled, good food and views/location of a typical working Cornish fishing village.
