Went into the wheelhouse for a breakfast on Mon morning, rasher of bacon, sausage, two eggs, toms, mushrooms, baked beans and two slices of fresh thick toast, all for £8.95, brilliant. And the service was good too. A few local fishermen were in there which is a good sign.

Stopped by for lunch at The Wheelhouse. I had the grilled fish with salad and new potatoes. Just okay but no dressing on the salad which was surprising. You have to order at the bar, and even though there were a limited number of customers you had to wait a while for the food.

A lovely little gastro pub. Be sure to go here on a sunny day so that you can sit out on the harbour and enjoy the view. Good food and good service, I only wish they had more seats outside!

This restaurant is located on the quayside and is busy. The food is good quality, with good portion size and reasonable value. The restaurant is cramped and poorly laid out. The staff do their best, but they need either more staff or better layout.

Stumbled accross this place yesterday as it had some tables outside and it was a nice day. The view over the harbour was great and the food was really tasty and good value for money. Will definitely return!

We were fortunate to be seated upstairs looking over the harbour which was a lovely place and looked more preferable to the downstairs seating. The steak was delicious and the starter also. Excellent service.

We stayed in the Wheelhouse Guest House over the August bank holiday weekend as we had a wedding to go to in the local area. The Guest House itself was perfect - fabulous views of the harbour, a lovely comfy bed and even a proper hairdryer to use! Breakfast was delicious every day, a nice amount to choose from on... More

We called in to the Wheelhouse when looking for a bite to eat along the harbour at Mevagissey. We sat upstairs in the restaurant, which felt nice and quaint in the small room and we could look out onto the harbour. The menu has a good choice and the food was of a good standard. The service was fine, although... More

Helpful and friendly staff. Good tasty and well presented food. Would definitely eat there again. I had seafood pasta and my partner had fish and chips which were both really good.

Just been to this place and what an amazing experience we as a family just experienced for lunch. Attractive menu, friendly staff, generous portions and for the price we paid albeit a little more than what we generally would was very good. They produced the kids food exactly as we ordered, the sandwich my fiance ordered was more than adequately... More
