Very tasty, I had a good salad which is something hard to find. For a lunchtime it was busy. Only down side was the decor looking tired, in need of a good spring clean and decorate.

Four of us went to Terra Nova to eat on Saturday 16th August. We had read some decent reviews and the Menu looked varied and quite interesting. The appetizers (including spicy prawns, risotto balls and calamari) were all excellent and a very decent size. The main courses were even more substantial and the quality was quite unexpectedly good. I had... More

Came here after a recommendation and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. We booked a table for 7pm and the original plan was to come up the river by boat but unfortunately the tide was against us so we had to put the table back and come by car. The waitress was helpful and re-organised our table which was... More

Passable bistro-Italian made all the more passable by being one of the few places in the town to stay open beyond 8pm. Be warned though; Credit/Debit cards not accepted

This was a great little bistro. We ate here 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our food especially the starter of calamari. Very friendly service. Be sure you have cash as they do not take credit cards. There is a cash stop almost across the road at the Co-op which takes international cards.

We happened on this restaurant when looking for somewhere to have lunch in Lostwithiel. The menu was a bit different from, and a lot more original than, the usual Italian restaurants in this price bracket. When the food arrived it didn't disappoint either, good size portions and very tasty. The service was friendly and efficient and the atmosphere pleasant. Definitely... More

Italian with no spaghetti bolognaise or lasagne which I was in the mood for having searched on Trip Advisor for the nearest Italian. However alternatives great. Very generous portions and attentive service. Only thing that let it down was the use of a hand towel in the toilet which isn't very hygienic. Just remember you need to pay by cash....

We turned up on the off-chance around 8pm on a Friday, and the restaurant was almost full, but thankfully they managed to fit us in. The food was EXCELLENT. Imaginative, well cooked and presented and was far, far better than other 'big name' Italian restaurants we've been to. Very good value and lovely atmosphere.
