These pasties are the best you can get. They are well filled and cooked to perfection. I even send the to other parts of the country as they are so popular with friends and family. There is a wide variety of fillings if you want to deviate from the traditional and a gluten free version can be requested in advance.... More

This is one of the best places to get a traditional Cornish Pasty but be prepared for a long queue - it is so popular the queue is often out the door and across the car park especially at weekends.

Philp's pasties are by far the best. A trip to my dads always includes a visit to Philp's. They are so scrummy I take frozen ones back up north too.

Hot pasty quik service. Plenty of parking spaces. The flaky pastry is a real treat but very messy. Always a treat to eat.

Going back home, taking my wife and son, we tried pasties in different towns. Philps are still the best. My wife thought that Rowes pasties just edged it, fair enough, but, being a Hayle boy raised on Philps, they will always be number one for me. May get a postal delivery for my 40th!

We always bring pasties home and these are some of the best you will find. We get a box full to give to friends and neighbours and freeze. The traditional steak are superb, the pastry is lovely, and the large size almost beats me but I force myself to finish one. Pay them a visit you will not be disappointed,... More

Philps pasties must be the best pasty we have ever eaten. We always go there whilst on holiday. Our son even sent us some for our Christmas present! This baker uses local beef, vegetables and butter. They also make delicious pastries and cakes. If you go to Philps, you should know that you always have to queue. There is a... More
