I re-visited this place after 7 years. Very fond memory from previous visit. The pasty tastes great, the stuff are friendly. I hope it will stay there forever.

I've had a lot of Cornish pasties in my time but the premium steak pasties from here have got to be the best around. Meat was top quality with no gristle or unidentified objects which you can sometimes expect from lesser purveyors. Expect to queue at peak times as this place is very popular.

I took two... More

I used to love coming to hayle if for no other reason the pasties. When leaving be it a day trip or for longer I would stop off at phelps and get a pasty for the journey, it was a comfort. Over the last few years that's been more of a ritual than a delight and now I am done.... More

Visited several years, this year's pasty was OK but nothing special. Lacking a little in seasoning overall.
