Your feedback on the evening was great, as is your review. The monthly tasting menu evening is when our talented chefs can really demonstrate what they are capable of producing. I always wish that I was sat at a table enjoying these special menus rather than serving them! The chefs put a tremendous amount of work into them and there... More

We came for the Carvery and we were not disappointed. We had a choice of beef or Turkey. Both were delicious and well cooked. An ample selection of vegetables (carrots, courgettes, parsnips, sweet potatoes, red cabbage, broccoli) each beautifully cooked. The gravy was superb as was the (? homemade) horseradish sauce. The waitresses were friendly and attentive and nothing was... More

We visited Rosewarne Manor for Sunday carvery. When we arrived the barman was too busy dealing with a forthcoming wedding, if this is going to be the case more staff need to be on the bar area, so customers are not waiting around for a table. Once he had finished dealing with the wedding book he told us to go... More

I am sorry that you were disappointed with your visit to us. It is unusual for customers seeking a discussion about a wedding to call in on a Sunday lunchtime and it was not arranged that way. However it would have been very poor service for us to have ignored them. There were 5 other staff to serve customers in... More

On a wet evening in Cornwall needed restaurant , all the good places in area booked up days in advance so was surprised Rosewarne had table. Lovely location and pretty garden, it doesn't look over the sea but the standard of food more than made up for it. Amazing find, the food was first class and service at just the... More

Thank you for your comments. We are dedlighted that you enjoyeed your experience when dining with us. We are tucked away, inland, from the main tourist resorts and do not get overrun in August as the coastal restaurants do. As you found this does mean that our diners are not hurried, and get a superb meal. We appreciate you providing... More

We had our wedding reception at the Rosewarne in June 2015. What can we say…. Fantastic, brilliant!! We were organising this against a background of a degenerative illness which did not put time on our side. So from visiting the Rosewarne to the actual day was about 5 weeks! But that wasn't the deciding factor. Others could do our timescales.... More

After a break of many months we returned for the latest Murder Mystery evening and were so pleased that we did. You clearly enjoyed your evening. The Murder Mystery evenings are always good fun and are popular, with the feedback sheets completed on the nights always giving fantastic feedback. They are costly events for us to run with 6 to 8 actors to pay but we try to keep the cost affordable at £32.50. Some people do prefer the smaller events,... More

Six of us visited recently and were warmly greeted by friendly staff and we were soon seated at our table in a well furnished restaurant overlooking the garden. Our lunch was ordered from a specials menu which included a desert for £12-50, great value. The food was well presented and beatfully cooked and the deserts a delight. All in all... More

"Off the beaten track" is, I am sure, how some would describe us - I prefer "Sanctuary away from the crowds". We are tucked a couple of miles inland and off the may tourist routes, just a few minutes drive from both Camborne & Hayle, but well worth seeking out. We close on Mondays & Tuesdays except for private functions.... More

Delicious Sunday carvery, plenty of choice on the veg and potatoes. Desserts which were heavenly and hard to chose from. Lovely location with lovely views of the garden from the dining room.
