Couldn't fault the food - fish was lovely and the batter so light. Chips were cooked to perfection - lovely after a long country walk.

Arrived at our accommodation on Friday evening and really didn't feel like cooking or getting changed to go out for dinner.... So ... Fish and Chips it was then. This Takeaway had been recommended to us several times by friends and we now know why. Beautiful white tasty fish, crispy batter and proper well cooked chips. The portion is very... More

Have had fish and chips from peckish a few times and has been great every time, probably one of the best chip shops in Cornwall

This was quite possibly the best fish, chips and mushy peas that we have ever had. The staff were friendly and the shop is clean and tidy. The only negative was the que, definitely worth a visit!

We had takeaway fish and chips from here as we were staying at Juliots Wells Cottages and it is simply the best I have had in a long, long time. There's nothing else to say - it was just excellent. There is a free car park opposite.

On our holiday to Cornwall, we were advised that we should try their fish and chips. It is the only place we have been where the names of the trawlers who provided the fish was listed. The portions were huge with a light batter, but the fish was devine. The haddock, cod and plaice were all tried and were delicious... More

Peckish fish & chips are the best we have ever tasted. We came across this shop whilst on holiday in Bude. We liked them so much, we visited the shop again before the end of our weeks holiday. The batter is delicious and is quite thin and not greasy. ( not like some shops where it's all batter and small... More
