Very good coffee, cake and company

A sunny day in February and so we were able to sit outside on the patio and enjoy a mid morning break. The coffee was good, the herbal tea was excellent, the cake delicious and the service warm and friendly. What more could you ask for?

Visited today and can recommend their cream tea very highly. However more than that I recommend the staff who were without exception friendly, helpful, and so nice they struggled to close on time as they kept taking pity on thirsty travellers. blankets were provided for sitting outside and our dog was given treats too! a lovely end to a lovely... Went there to eat . The food is delicious great sized portions. Brilliant customer service by everyone in there . We have dogs and we were eating outside then it started to rain. We were taken inside to eat with the dogs as it wasn't busy. Nothing was to much trouble .

Came here for lunch on a rainy Octobers day, my partner and I were greeted by very good, friendly staff. They were very attentive to us and my partners four year old son, who was offered a colouring book and crayons to keep him occupied. Our food was delicious, we had a panini each which was well priced, plus a... More

Harbour lights was lovely. The service & staff were friendly, efficient & very polite. We had the burger - fresh, tasty & good value for money. Glad we went in - we will be back !!

Having visited Harbour Lights for drinks earlier in the year and seen the gorgeous array of cakes it was a no brainier when it came to choosing somewhere for afternoon tea on Saturday. We each had a traditional Cornish Cream Tea. The scones were served warm and were delicious. The waitress was a breath of fresh air, so friendly yet... More

What a gorgeous place! We came across Boscastle completely by accident - well, the accident that is going on a walking holiday and forgetting your walking boots...... It was only when we came out of the boot shop a little parched, and remembered the history of Boscastle that we decided to take a wander and came across this lovely little... More

Stumbled upon Boscastle and instantly fell in love with the place. We decided to eat in The Harbour Lights and our waitress was absolutely superb. My wife has various allergies and the young waitress was super helpful, caring and professional. The food was good quality and we shall certainly be visiting again soon. Highly recommended!

We received a thoroughly warm welcome at this delightful eatery. I had delicious gluten-free cream tea and my partner had an apple pie which he said was light, fruity and very tasty. The view from the terrace outside is enchanting - water running past and beautiful North Cornish buildings nestling in a valley. Highly recommended. We'll be coming back for... More

The Harbour Lights had to be rebuilt after the flooding disaster in Boscastle and looks very much as it did before with it's quirky roof shape. We visited twice whilst staying in the area and both times were able to sit in the sun on the patio area at the front. We only had drinks, cakes and ice creams, all... More
