Yummy Breakfast

Had a yummy breakfast here after a cold clifftop walk the other day. Just me and the byf, walking along the beautiful coastal scenery. Popped in for a bacon sarnie and cup of tea afterwards and it was delish. Well worth a visit and we'll back to eat a proper meal too.

Our group of 5 went for the ocean feast, one of us had the steak option. All tasted great, service was brilliant and friendly. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is a superbly situated place by the river Valency. We use the restaurant for the carvery on Sunday's,which is excellent value for the price of £7.95. You have a choice of four meats, these are always gammon, pork, beef and turkey, and there are plenty of vegetables to go with it. There is a selection of lovely starters and delicious desserts.the service... More

Returned here again having visited last year. Weren't sure about restaurant closing times in winter so sent a quick e-mail to enquire (as no mobile phone service here). Received a very prompt response. Four of us had the great value soup and sandwich from the Daytime menu (just £6). Lobster bisque was tasty and nicely seasoned, as was the cream... More

Second night in Boscastle and we decided to give this restaurant a go - we were not disappointed. In fact we were very impressed. The place looked deserted but that is because they were using the dining facilities overlooking the river rather than the street. We were greeted warmly and shown to our table and presented with a comprehensive but... More

This restaurant is situated in the centre of Boscastle village. It is a lovely setting on the river and has a very pleasant garden where you can also eat. My husband and I ate there twice in 7days. We first had Sunday lunch where my husband enjoyed the traditional roast carvery and I had a dressed lobster salad, delicious! Both... More

We visited a couple of days after christmas, the staff welcomed us at the door and were really friendly. The outside area by the river is I am sure beautiful in the summer, but with a frost we were glad to be inside which was warm and cosy. The restaurant loooked very clean, the food was extremely good value, the... More
