Happiest restaurant staff in SW London!

All the staff in Brocca look and act like they're enjoying themselves, and it's hard to write anything negative about a restaurant that offers service with a smile. When we dined here on a Friday evening in spring, the place was buzzing with locals and there was a popular pizza take-out service in... read more

Firstly let me say; I've been here so many times. It's a fantastic little place on the high street with only around 13 tables. The head waiter/owner is always around and smiling and so welcoming as you arrive. It's the type of place that no matter the time or clientele you're all treated the same and looked after so well.... My wife and I visited with friends (who are regulars) before a match at Twickenham. The scallops and ravioli I had were exceptional. Plus having tasted all the other orders they were consistently good. Also the primitivo wine we had was delicious. Staff weee very busy but didd everything with a smile and were quick and efficient.Would definitely return.

I was pleased to go back to Brocca as I enjoyed my last visit so much. The food was superb, the service excellent, and the two waiters couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our evening, and will most definitely be returning.

We went on a weekend at 330pm as the only customers. The staff are so friendly and nice. The waiter was very smiley and offered us nice seats by the window. The decor inside the restuarant is vintage with candles and brickwork. There is a three course menu at £12.50 and the beef lasagne is by the far the best... More

I have been here quite a few times while visiting my family in St Margaret@ Twickenham. I had Scallops, Chorizo and Linquine as a special main. We did have to wait for the drinks and asked a few times until it came. The red wine that they suggested was beautiful.

There is so much to love about Brocca but it needs to work harder. Love the place, the feel, the ideas, the new menu, smiley staff BUT they need to do some work on their service. We have had no food, burnt food, undercooked food and perfect food. One of the endearing features is the small size of the place... More

Worth getting the raspberry cheesecake just to look at it! and all great value too. You could easily... More

I had scallops with risotto cakes as a starter. The scallops were fine but the rissoto cakes were undercooked and then burnt when moulded into a cake. My main course was the Scialatelle with two thumb nail size pieces of tiger prawn, six clam shells but only one tiny clam. The 'homemade' pasta was not al dente, it required a... More

My wife and I used to be regular visitors to this restaurant but over the last two years the food has gone downhill. The place itself is very nice, clean and the staff are friendly but that's it. The quality of the food is poor and just isn't up to standard. We both had the burger and chips but the... More
