Had a chewy squid that was mainly heavy batter to start. The mixed seafood was over cooked. Slow service. Wine overpriced. £21 for a bottle of Pinot. Asked for a Hennessy XO and was given a martell vs ( this was refunded ). The whole evening seemed like a typical chain of restaurant experience. Will not be going again and... More

The experience was a bit like the old Peter Sellers sketch "sorry, it's orf". Early lunch for four and few people in the restaurant. Ordered the turbot special to be told none left. Three of us then ordered the plaice to be told only two left. A complaint to the manager was met with the response "well there are plenty... More

I have never been disappointed at this restaurant. The staff are always so helpful and friendly and I love the food. I do wish it was a little cheaper as regards both food and drink, but I do have a Loch Fyen Friends card which helps. I would always recommend this restaurant.

Visited last night (27th November) for the first time with a friend who lives local. Took a while before we were seated by Kasia. Food was awesome and very fresh albeit expensive. The waiting staff were under immense pressure and at one point tensions flared between our waitress and the Chef. The bell is constantly ringing in the kitchen but... More

A party of four, on our first trip to this restaurant. It was a horrible day, with driving rain, but this was soon put to the back of our minds with the warm welcome received. We were speedily seated in a comfortable, contemporarily decorated restaurant. Drinks were speedily served - one of the best Bloody Mary's I have tasted in... More

You know when you visit a chain restaurant there is always a note of anxiety, will it live up to the billing & expectation? On this occasion it did just that..Chilli & garlic king prawns were excellent with just enough bite followed by the rib-eye surf and turf, whilst the beef was a tad chewy the tuna was seared to... I chose Loch Fyne in the outskirts of Twickenham for my girlfriends' Birthday lunch and I think I made a good choice. It was very quiet being a Tuesday lunchtime but that wasn't a problem for us, it made it a very nice chilled out meal. Our waiter was attentive but not too full-on and was there to help when...
