We, a family of four, called for brunch at Heathrow T3. The restaurant itself is very nicely done out and the food had absolutely nothing wrong with it. A tad expensive but you are a captive audience air side and ripe for being ripped off! This place's prices were similar to the competing outlets but it was a far far... More

Been here a couple of times travelling out of T3 Heathrow. The staff have been attentive and friendly and the food is not what you normally get in an airport. It is generally v. good. Sort of tucked away in a corner but I go here every time I need a pit stop.

At first the brasserie looks very nice with an interesting menu, but disappoints on the inside. Bad acoustics and loud music first of all. The hostess was nice and likewise the service, but the chicken burger that I ordered was very plain. Tender chicken fillet but without flavour. The accompanying fries were below even McDonalds standard, same thin fries as... More

Terminal 3 is always a crowded mess, but Oriel Grande Brasserie is located off the main floor, almost behind Harrod's. We had lunch when our flight was delayed and were quite surprised by the quality of our meals. My wife had a Caesar salad with chicken while I went with the chicken burger. She was quite satisfied and they prepared... More

The moment I walked in I was met with a rather unhappy waiter who guided me to a table then threw the menu on the table like he was feeding a dog with it. He then just ignored me but one of his colleagues was kind enough to take my order even she was not my server. I ordered a... More

What a great way to sit out an airport wait in T3! Friendly attentive staff, reasonable prices, and charging stations close to each table. I had a lovely eggs florentine and excellent coffee. No one rushed me out so I sat there for about 90 minutes. Other diners who were clearly in more of a rush seemed promptly taken care... More

Terminal 3's equivalent of Cafe Rouge at Gatwick South and just as good, but without Cafe Rouge's view of the planes. I had the eggs royale (eggs benedict but with smoked salmon instead of ham), freshly made and delicious, and we were very well looked after by friendly and helpful staff. If you have plenty of time no-one will hurry... More

I travel a lot and usually airport restaurants look pretty generic with very limited food choices. Oriel is one of very few places where you can order Eggs Benedic and Eggs Royale for breakfast which in a country where "Full English" is the best you can usually hope for is a fantastic surprise. The service was good as well and... More

Absolutely lovely relaxing environment. Great breakfast and drinks. Paid the bill and gave over a 15% tip as we were very happy with the whole experience. We then witnessed the waiter void the transaction off the till and pocket not only the tip but the whole amount of the bill. This felt very uneasy with us so told who appeared... More

Pleasant enough way to pass the time whilst waiting for your flight. Meals are quality over quantity and pack some decent flavours. Avoid the onion rings unless you like the tempura variety but throw in some sides and you will be satisfied. Good service. Charging points (electric) in the booths for that all important top up pre-flight while you dine.... More
