Went to wagamama at heathrow for a quick lunch. I ordered a dish called firecracker prawns which was priced at £10.95 and a diet coke. Everyone around me was getting the same service, drinks arriving without food or food first and no drinks. My dish arrived, it looked a reasonable sized dish but on closer inspection, I counted only 6... More

A fine place to eat in terminal 5. Very pleasant staff. Service is quick. The room is bright and comfortable. The food is tasty and well presented. This place won't blow your mind but is better than most restaurants you find in airport terminals. I will return.

I love Wagamama. It's quick and flavorful. In hindsight, though, that much salt before a flight was probably not such a great idea.

A tasty meal is a good way to fill time whilst in terminal 5, in my opinion.! Wagamama seemed a good option for something flavourful . The service was good for what seemed a fast food restaurant. As expected a bit pricey for being in the airport but looked quite a varied menu. Explanations seemed reasonably clear for what was... More

Having already been let down by the fact that Terminal 5 has no executive/priority lounge (unless you are already a least a silver member of BA's frequent flyer programme) - I did think at least a meal and drink in Wagamama would be a good way to start our time away. Particularly as this would be my husband's first visit... More

It would only be a slight exaggeration to say that when going on holiday we always fly BA so that we can have breakfast at Terminal 5! This is the only Wagamamas that has a breakfast menu and I love the kedgeree (curried rice & smoked fish, a traditional English breakfast) and my wife likes the breakfast yaki soba (with... More

My husband and I ate here at the end of a long-haul flight. I ordered the Kare Lomen, and when it came out, the coconut milk had been overheated in the sauce so it had separated and looked like it had curdled. The meat was burned on the edges, and when I tasted the chicken, it tasted dry, like it... More

My BLT should have been called a LT due to the lack of bacon! Bench style seating was not very comfortable and you also shared it with other customers. Many better places to eat in T5, which is where I will be in future.

We had the worst time at Heathrow after Xmas. Our plane got cancelled and we had to queue for two days to get on a new flight. Finally we were booked on a new flight and we got to go behind the security check area. Finally we could have a nice meal. We chose Wagamama. I've always wanted to try... More

I fell in love with Wagamamas when I spend a semester in London. Their Yaki Soba is AMAZZZING. I always fly through Heathrow on my way to Europe so I can stop for some Wagamamas. The service at Heathrow is fast. Definitely stop if you are in Terminal 5.
