The service here is a mess. The hostess told us (party of two) and two other groups that there was between a 5 and 10 minute wait for a table, for breakfast. All three groups, including us, sat down to wait. I had just opened my suitcase to get something and a manager of the restaurant appears, tells the hostess... More

Really great place for breakfast at the Airport, great service and I recommend the eggs benedict! Will always chose here to eat if we are not in the BA lounge.

Disappointed the food was so average. We had the burger and the sausage and mash. Burger was over cooked and over priced. Sausage and mash was better. Don't go if you are in a rush, the device is a little slow. Not recommended.

A great place to stop for a drink or a meal if at a cost, Good food, great service if you are willing to pay a bit more. A great place to watch the airport live around you.

We showed up at 11:30 expecting to be able to get breakfast, which ended at noon. That should be fine. The girl who greeted us saw the we had 2 babies and an 8 year old boy with us. After waiting 10 minutes for a table, she took us in (reasonable). The route she chose for the table, however, was... More

Sitting in Gordon Ramsay's you'd expect a little class. Not at Plane zooid, the manager doesn't know what's going on, the seating of customers is quite comical to watch. All the waiters and waitresses have no idea how to smile, it's all a rush to get you in then out. The eggs Benedictine were very good but as expected considering... More

As I am sitting in the Gordon Ramsey restaurant at Heathrow airport for the sixth or seventh time in my recent travels, I decided to post a review. Maybe it will help fire the current management and hire competent people. The food is good. The service is absent. At a somewhat quiet time, my server decided to take of on... More

Just spent £28 in here for two classic breakfasts; coffee for one, fizzy water for one and two slices of toast. Breakfast was two rashers of smoked bacon, not grilled long enough so the fat was still white and wobbly, one tomato cut in two halves, a bit shrivelled up and not enhanced by the dried herbs on it, one... We were looking for a breakfast before we flew. We chose this restaurant but there was a queue but not enough seats for waiting. Once we were inside the place was half empty, so why a queue was a bit strange, perhaps to give the impression of exclusivity!!!! The service was very slow, but we were there to partially waste...
