Usually we look forward to breaking our visit at Bridlington with a stop off at Coffee Coast, it is generally good value, good coffee and a pleasant break. Our recent visit at the weekend was however marred by one staff member, we believe to be the son of the owners. He walked in straight off the street and started serving,... More

Called in for a panini and cup of tea for lunch. Clean place and some fine looking cakes at reasonable prices. Panini was from a packet but quite tasty. Tea in a pot with extra water giving a good 3 or 4 cups of strong tea. Free clean toilets which seem to be rare in brid. Wonder if it will... More

In Bridlington for a short stay and happened across this little coffee shop. Just had snacks - toasted teacake and toastie. Owners very friendly. Let us in (our second visit in the same day) at 5pm though that is their normal closing time. Several people came in after us. No hint of trying to rush any of us out. Lovely... More

Found this coffee shop through reviews on Trip Advisor. The owner was kind enough to allow us to bring our little dog in. We sat in the window had 3 lovely coffees,a machiato, lattee and an iced frappe, a fresh tast danish and a sandwich. We watched the world go by in comfortable chairs and never felt rushed. Thank you

I make sure I visit this coffee shop every time I visit bridlington. Coffee is delicious as are the cakes. Staff are friendly. Makes a lovely change to some of the money grabbing places near the beach were the coffee is only fit to be fed to the fishes

My wife and I live at Cayton Bay just outside of Scarborough however, we do prefer to visit Bridlington which although it has a large number of cafes most of them are pretty awful. We tend to visit Coffee Coast the most as we enjoy Coopers coffee and the atmosphere is very friendly and they do serve a good variety... More

Popped in here late one afternoon, as most of other cafes in Bridlington were shut. Thankfully not Coffee Coast! It is like the Tardis. Looks quite small from outside, though modern. But once inside - exquisitely clean and fresh, modern décor, yet relaxing atmosphere, and hosts full of efficiency and bonhomie. One of the best coffees I have tasted in... More
