Gonna keep this review as short as possible. Service was impeccable. We were given a tour of the kitchen, which to our surprise, as absolutely tiny, and I mean really really small. The chefs were friendly and literally had enough space just to turn around and walk a couple of steps. We had I believe a 16(or more, I can't... More

I know, expectations sometimes don't meet reality, but in this case the opposite is true. It is pure theater with fabulous food, superb service and a true dining experience. Expensive? Yep, sure is but it'sa bucket list item that you must fulfill!!

What an experience this restaurant is . The food ,service just everything about the place is amazing , eat out at many " fine dining " restaurants but this takes top spot , I'll remember it for ever , snail porridge and the b.f.g were my favourite dishes . Was slightly disappointed in the sound of the sea but every... More

The experience was one of the best things I've ever done, and I wish I could afford to go back and experience it again! I stupidly... More

Fantastic dinner, every course was a proper adventure and the service was also impeccable. It is worth every single penny spent at the Fat Duck and I would definitely recommended for a special occasion with your other half.

If you are going out to just to eat The Fat Duck is not for you, unless you are very wealthy and have lots of spare time. But as an afternoons' entertainment it is hard to beat. You have cast aside common sense and to enter into the spirit of the place. Rather like going to a very expensive pantomime... More

All courses we had was very imaginative, different - not necessary tasty but very enjoyable in a lot of ways. Good knowledge of waiter always helps for such unusual plates of food. The menu has not been changes much since we visited last but I imagine it is normally once is the life time experience and not necessary for the... More

I’d been keen to visit the Fat Duck for ages and finally had the perfect excuse – a Birthday experience for a close (doesn’t need anything material) foodie-friend’s 50th birthday, given that that I got to partake too! Had to book some 3 months ahead of time but luckily happened upon a date on line that we could both make.... More
