My daughters children's meal was lovely and I can't complain about that at all. However, I had a lasagne and the quality was horrendous! At just under £10 for something that tasted like it was a microwave meal was disappointing to say the least. Drinks prices not clear! I was charged £13.10 for 2 bottles of beer! I ordered a... More

We came here for lunch one Saturday following a shopping trip with our young boys. Pizzas were really nice and our boys loved the kids pizzas and dough balls. Don't know why some people complain about having to cut their own pizza. Height of laziness - not cheap but certainly feels and tastes a step up from Pizza Hut and... More

The Pianta pizza on a gluten free base is simply delicious and a great vegan option as the pizza states on the menu it has no cheese, just the listed veg. Also the leggera super food salad is wonderful.I asked to leave out the mozzarella cheese, again making this a wonderful vegan and gluten free option. Thank you to whoever... More

Had a meal here 24 Jan. The food was lovely BUT took 2.25 hours for a meal due to lack of staff and poor service. I don't know why they can't actually employ some staff as they might get tips if they actually offered decent service. Massive queues outside as we left and no wonder if they can't get people... We called in here last Saturday for an early dinner after shopping. We were seated next to a birthday party of 10 year olds which you can imagine was very noisy. I have no problems with children enjoying themselves but I think management should keep parties in a desperate area or at least ask other diners if they would like... More

Me and my 4 friends went in the bury one in the 17th January 2015, we ordered the starts, garlic bread which was more like a flat bread and was closer to being a flat 6 inch subway sub and the garlic dough balls had no taste and was just dough, me and my friend then had the classic American... My name is Lila and I am 7 years old. I went to Pizza Express today and I really like pasta, but when I had it served it was hard round the edges and the dough balls were tiny. The coloured pencils I used weren't even sharpened - this happens often when I visit. The pictures on the leaflet are... More

Visited on Christmas Eve with my wife and daughter, arrived at 3.30pm, restaurant not quarter full, 4 visible waiting staff yet we were left to stand at the door and completely ignored by all of the waiting staff. The manager was present and did look in our direction but did not bother to send anyone our way. I'm a common... More
