Each plate was delicious and no scrimping on the wine! My other half does not eat fish so those courses were swiftly substituted. We have eaten here... More

A very nice meal. Had the set price menu and enjoyed it. The only let down was the profiterole which my wife had, and she found it hard and inedible.

La Brasserie is not necessarily for the faint hearted as it can have a lot of large( and sometimes noisy) groups dining there. However, the food is consistently very good. The set menu is a steal and comes with a free glass of house wine. There is space for smaller and more intimate groups to dine more quietly. All staff are very... More

We were served quickly all the staff were friendly and very efficient. The food was lovely, very tasty and well presented better than a lot of places where you would have paid a lot... More

I was staying at the Premier inn next door and came across this lovely restaurant. Greeted warmly and the place was buzzing on a Wednesday night. Had the specials menu which was tasty and quickly served and included a glass of wine for £14.95! Good food, highly recommended.

I booked this restaurant after hearing good things and thought it a nice venue for a family occasion. Unfortunately we were seated around a small table which for 6 people proved a little cramped. We also found ourselves next to a hen party which made conversation difficult. After a 45 minute wait we ordered our meals after deciding against a... More
