Great evening. Good food (especially liked their fish and sauce) at reasonable prices. Live music. The waiters were ready to serve.

We had a beer and appetizers for lunch and came back for dinner. 4 of us had different meals and like them all. Friendly staff, free WiFi.

5 of us got off a boat and was into the restaurant to order lobster. Like everything in SJdS, it was a deal. But, 5 different lobster plates all came with meat detached from the shells, and it wasn't very tasty. I'm guessing it wasn't fresh. But, it's a nice place. I just wouldn't order the lobster.

Great food but expensive. The wait staff seemed totally disinterested too...one of the people in our group saw the waiter role his eyes at another waiter when we walked in.

I realize it is a tourist's responsibility to shop around some but this place was highly recommended. I have to state that while it is directly in front of the most beautiful beach in town and the view is spectacular the food was meh. The bill that came with it was nothing that resembled the bargain that the rest of... More

Great food, lively folkloric show on the night we were there for dinner, friendly, attentive staff. Went back next night for a nightcap only to stumble across some of the best live music we've heard in a ling time. And I go out to hear live music frequently.

I've been there as it was an easy and convenient location on the sea front. The food was poor quality but I haven't try the seafood as I'm a veggie. The overall experience was what you could expect from a touristy sea front environment resulting in average international food. For a plate of pasta and two quesillada, the bill was... More

Four of us shared the fish platter and it was phenomenal. Calamari was the favorite of the group. We went on a Thursday night, sat at a table on the beach and there was live music. More expensive since the restaurant is located on the beach, but the fish platter was only @$44. Service was very good.

The restaurant has good food and service, but is overpriced. You can get the same type of food for less price in the place next door, Meson Espanol.

My wife and I only had 3 days in San Juan del Sur and we found this great little beach restaurant on the first day there. It was such a fun place, with good food and cold beer that we ate ther all 3 days. I'm sure that there are other good places in town but we kept going back.... More
