Their food is delicious. Their fries, salads, and sandwiches are all, well, YUM! And let's not even start on desserts ... oh my! The location is cramped and crowded, but that is okay, it is a quaint pub setting with a really close feel. The only issue I have is the dust that collects on the ledges above your table... More

This was my first time in Boxers. I am from out of state and was visiting friends. They took me to lunch there. The waitstaff was great. The atmosphere was of a traditional pub. The food was excellent. I ordered the Round eye sandwich, very good.

Packed most nights, and I know why. A combo of typical bar food--wings, tenders, burgers--with great soups, salads and wraps. And the guy knows how to pour a nice Guinness. Extensive beer menu, too. All in the middle of small town Pennsylvania.

If you are in the area, it's worth stopping here. The sandwiches are tasty and the portions generous. Recommend their Rubens (Regular or Turkey) or the Salami & Pepperoni. The fries are the rel deal, not bagged. And the beer selection is great.

Their soup of the day is always good, and can tell home made. Great sandwich selection. Food always looks fresh, and service has always been great I'm a local and this is imo the best in Huntingdon. They have vegetarian selections and great beers on tap.

Stopped here for lunch when in town for business. I loved the small town bar atmosphere. The place is small with items under the glass on every table to entertain you. There are bottles of all type of beer on display around the parameter of the room. There is a daily soup of the day and a menu that is... More

We were looking for a place to have lunch while visiting the town of Huntingdon. As we walked into Boxers around 1pm. it was dark as most bars are. We took our seats, read the menu & placed our orders. The waitress was friendly, explaining the history of the bar & had shown us pictures of the place be for... More

This place is good. But not what we excepted by a #1 ranking. They serve burgers and sandwiches. No entrees or platters. It's, loud, tight, and dirty. Look around, dust clinging to all the decorations it's open into the kitchen area and you can see that is is worn, outdated and not clean. After we left we went to Mimi's,... More

Okay.....just okay. Tiny and crowded. Food is okay but beer was warm, Don't go there on Tuesday wing nights. Must be standing room only then.

Boxer's is a quintessential central Pennsylvania bar dining experience - good food, great service, and an atmosphere that can't be found elsewhere. I grew up in the beautiful Allegheny mountains, and I can tell you, this is as authentic an experience as you can get, a place where visitors and locals happily mix. Even though decades have passed, when I... More
