Liked the wings better than the pizza

To me, the wings seemed to taste better than the pizza. For me the pizza crust was over done and burnt in places

I surely wouldn't recommend the pizza. Why did I ever think that coal fired anything would taste good. My pizza came to my table with a completely burnt crust. When the manager asked how my lunch was, I asked if it's normal to serve burnt food. He said this is the way there pizza is cooked. He went into explaining... More

The wings were burnt and way over salted. My wife loves salt and even she didn't want to keep eatting. Wings come in one flavor over spiced burnt flavor. The pizza was the same way, burnt salt flavor. My 7 and 5 year olds are hardly ever picky with food and they both spit it out and refused to eat.... More

Took my family there on New Year's day for my son's 31st birthday. I paid over $100 for burnt pizza, baked chicken they called wings and a waitress that came to the table every 2 minutes until I had an empty drink and then she brought the check. Was rushed out the door before we ordered our food. Overpriced, lousy... More

We tried this restaurant one Monday evening. We were greeted and seated promptly. They had a great selection of micro-brews on tap. There were a number of signs around the room saying that the pizza was served well done. They were right. The pizza we ordered came with a black crispy edge and the thin crust pizza was well done... Terrific pizza and roasted wings make a meal here unique and memorable. Also try the Anthony's salad. My wife and I started going to ACFP in Ft.Lauderdale while attending a conference many years ago. We were ecstatic when we heard they were expanding to the Philly area.

I eat here once each week for lunch. Limited menu, but the food is fresh and terrific! Tuna sandwich is especially good, served with Arugula and tomato on their pizza dough, which is more like a pita. Meatballs are great and so is the pizza. Chicken breast sandwich also outstanding. Get it with long hot peppers.

First off, the service was excellent - Lisa, our waitress was fun and cheerful. We sat outdoor on the patio....great night for it. The grilled wings done a the coal oven was worth the trip. Good beer selection. Had a delicious Brewbus "Are Wheat there yet"

If you want a change to a typical thicker crust pizza, give Anthony's a shot. The Pizza and wings are done in a coal fired oven, thin crust, smoky, very well done edges, a little burnt, an artisan taste. Wings here are the only one my wife will eat. Bring your own hot sauce if you like wings spicy, we... More

I heard a lot about Anthony's on the radio and gave it a shot. The pizza was really just OK, with kind of a burned taste closer to the edges. Sandwiches seemed better. May have to give it another shot at another location.
