Dukes is a fun place to eat. The food is good and reasonably priced. Service is good and wait staff very attentive. Usually very crowded on weekends.

My biggest observation was that the menu was huge, so there was no problem finding something you'd like. So many choices that it took us a long time, had to order an appetizer :-) ANd the wiater was great. He even made a show of NOT writing down our order ... and it all came out perfectly, down to the... More

I seem to get the same meals when I go here. Usually the food is good, the service has always been great! My favorite is the crab pretzel and the grilled fajita salad.

My friend and I landed in Hershey for an Allan Jackson/Jimmy Buffett concert. The motel we booked through expedia was not fit for habitation. I'm not a fussy person, but had we not met the friendly, courteous staff at Duke's, we'd have slept in the car! The beers selection was great; smiles all around, we got another hotel with their... We were looking for a place to eat lunch with our 10 and 12 year olds and were drawn in by the cool outdoor seating. So glad we stopped. The burgers were great. The sausage sandwich was huge and overflowing with yummy peppers, sauce and onions. The beef dip sandwich on grilled garlic Tuscan bread with au jus will not... More

Recommended to me by my neighbor who is a longtime resident of Hershey. Told me to get a sandwich, so what do I do? Get the jumbo chili cheese dog. It was ok. Nothing spectacular. Started off with their signature home made soft pretzel with crab dip layered on top then finished with Old Bay. Mouth watering yet? Ours was.... More

Went here with my dad on his 60th birthday, they gave me the wrong sandwich and all the food tasted terrible, a cleaning lady rolled a dust roller right next to us and u could see the dust hit our food.

We got seated right away, this restaurant is quite busy, but it is big, and they are well organized. Friendly service, and a large menu of basic American fare.

Had the sliders while my wife had the PA Dutch Burger(Pretzel Burger). Both were very good! The service was spotty on a Sunday night with not many people. The server acted like customers were a bother.
