A Good Experience!

We were actually looking for Bentley’s Courtyard Café, but when we discovered it was closed, we ate at Fire Alley, which was in the same plaza. Given it was Mother’s Day but the lot wasn’t very busy, I didn’t have much hope for a good meal. I was pleasantly surprised! The interior is really... read more

We reserved for 36 for a farewell party and when we got there the place was empty. Perfect. But stunningly, they gave us just one waitress for the whole group. And to add insult to injury, they wouldn't even let us order their (inexpensive) lunchtime specials because "we don't do that for large groups." Bottom line: we got there at... More

I have eaten here a number of times and have never had a bad experience. However, the food has always been just okay. The only standout is the steak and calamari salad. It’s a nice blend and the dressing works well with the meal. Everything else has always been bland. I wouldn’t go out of your way to eat here... More

Lost our reservation yet I called 2 weeks in advance, think they just got the name wrong. Our waitress only had our table on the dining side and took 10 minutes to get service then 10 for drinks. Appetizer took another 20 then we waited another 20 till I finally asked for the manager, who was the bartender and he... More

Been to Fire Alley a number of times. Usually sit at bar for dinner and drinks. Our experience has been consistently average. The food isn't bad but nor is it to rave about. The bartenders are very attentive. Just can't figure out why food order turnaround for the simplest items take so long even when it's not crowded. Highs -... More

Had dinner at Fire Alley last night with friends. We chose it because every other restaurant in town was booked for Valentine's Day. I have eaten at Fire Alley several times- usually for drinks and appetizers. The food has really gone downhill. I had the fire alley pasta and it was absolutely terrible! The pasta had no taste, the pieces... More

This place is pretty poor execuse for a Resturant - so much that the frozen food doesn't deserve the bill that comes with it. Slow terrible service.

Tried this place based on the online menu. Wasn't too impressed. The udon soup hardly had any chicken in it. The hot wings were pretty good. I tried a piece of the fried haddock special, which was a bit overcooked, making the batter coating kind of tough. The service was quick and attentive. I wouldn't avoid the place, but probably... WOW, we found this place by accident and am very glad we did! The service was great and the food was out of this world. The prices aren't out of line with chains and the quality is alot better. Make it point to eat here!!!!
