Couple of years ago, we used to come to Fire Alley about once a month for lunch or dinner.About 3 years ago I would have given it a solid 4-star rating. I still like their lunch menu, there is a nice variety of food and the service during lunch time is prompt. At dinner time however, especially on Friday or... More

Food seems ro mainly come from the freezer by its taste and look. The ribs are a bright spot. Not even the sauce on the childrens pasta smelled or tasted remotely good. To top it off the service is painfully slow, even when the place is less than packed.

where we were sitting, it smelled pretty bad. our soup came out cold. after waiting a long time for our food it came out looking like it sat for awhile... you know, that glazed over look. my fish was cold. it is sad to see that fire alley is not what it was a few years ago. i don't think... More

The decor is pleasant, it's in a convenient location, and on a busy Saturday night we were able to get a reservation - 45 minute wait. Fine. But our party of 8 was placed in two separate booths and we had to stand up & lean over a barrier to talk to each other (I understand the place was busy... More

Good food, and good mixed (and substantial) mixed drinks. We go to this place often for drinks and a quick bite. Comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

Waited over 1 hour after ordering. Ordered 2 appetizers and two sandwiches which should not have taken long. One chicken sandwich was cold when it came. Manager could care less. Waitress did what she could but kitchen staff was not good. Have eaten here many times but not likely to come back.

To be fair, we wear restaurants out by eating at them over and over. Fire Alley has great food. The owner standing around all night is kind of annoying. He doesn't talk to anyone much. Angie the bartender has always been a reason we come back. Great personality. Lou too. It's still in our top five, but probably at five.

Friend and I stopped before a movie matinee on a Monday and were surprised and happy to find $5 or $7 very delicious lunch offerings. I had a yummy tuna salad sandwich on rye which included fabulous fries and plenty of them. My friend had a turkey sandwich with what tasted like home made chips. Talk about an inexpensive lunch.... Fire Alley has been a Hershey standard for several years now. The bar portion is very large and lively, especially afar Bears games. Ange is a great bartender and drinks are reasonably priced. The food is good and there is something for everyone. The hit or miss aspect of this place is the wait staff. It is the only reason... More

Spent a very nice Thanksgiving dinner together with family at Fire Alley (10 of us). Special menu for Thanksgiving was well planned. They also had the regular menu to choose from if you didn't want turkey. The turkey was very moist, salad, 3 different veg., various potatoes prepared differently, sweet potatoes, awesome cranberry sauce, stuffing was different from what I... More
