While staying in Henryville I was looking for a place to have dinner for our last night of vacation. I decided to go here after reading all of the good reviews. Food was very good! Two of us got the chopped steak with onions and mashed potatoes - tender and tasty comfort food. My daughter got the fried shrimp and... More

During our trips to the Poconos we always plan breakfast at Cooks Corner. The restaurant is very clean and pleasant. The choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner are amazing considering the size of the place. Very casual and full of locals. The 3 egg omelettes are my wife's favorite. I always have the breakfast special which is 2 eggs, choice of... More

We went to this restaurant after skiing at Camelback because of all the enthusiastic reviews. The waitress with the glasses seemed professional but not particularly friendly. I ordered the cheese steak with was described as "Steak, onions, homemade special sauce". I asked the waitress if she would reccommend it and she said yes. When it came, it was a huge... More

Wow! We are back in the area for a funeral, and just could not miss going to this little treasure for dinner last night. The weather was foggy and rainy outside, but inside this place was a warm and cozy as it could have been. Don't be dissapointed that they do not offer alcohol, you can have a beer somewhere... More

Great coffee... Hot, strong, and in a thick mug. Potatoes were perfect. Service was great. I will be back!!

Expect a wait in season and on weekends. And you wait by the honor system. It is a small place. It looks like a diner but you can expect things like prime rib or crab cakes or salmon among the specials. A bit of home cooking with a touch of fine dining. Been there for lunch and dinner. Love the... More

The food here is not at all what you'd expect from this hidden treasure! It is located a bit off the beaten track, but locals sure know where it is!! The friendly, cozy atmosphere is like eating in your home kitchen. The staff is very attentive and extremely helpful & friendly. The chefs are top notch!! The homemade entrees and... More

We love going to Cook's Corner. Service is always great and the food is delicious! We usually go for breakfast, but have also been there for lunch. Prices are very reasonable and you won't have to wait long for your food. It's definitely a hidden little place but once you go once, you will definitely want to return.

It was ok, the restaurant is small inside not very much seating. The breakfast was average, don't get the homefries they are bland unless you get onions in it. I had better breakfast at other places, the service was good though.

This old fashioned restaurant has better than average menu selections at reasonable prices. The food was delicious, spinach salad with chopped apple and nut crusted brie for me, crab cakes for my husband and sandwiches for the teenagers. Everyone was friendly and service was good. When it came time for dessert, we were invited to come up t the 'fridge... More
