This is a small, off-the-main-road, friendly place to eat. They have new specials every day, everything made on premises including their yummy soups and desserts. Tables don't hold more than four people, many clientele are senior citizens. Food has always been good.

Been there a few times and am consistently surprised by the the quality and array of foods found in this little local diner. Menu is good but the specials are worth ordering. Local fresh vegetables are used (you can tell by he uneven pieces on your plate). They make soups from scratch and had a wide variety which changes every... More

What a great experience! The entire staff works together like a well-oiled machine. It seems this place is frequented by the locals, and after our experience at Cook's Corner we understand why. There aren't a lot of tables in this restaurant--smaller inside than one is led to believe by the outside appearance. Nevertheless, when we arrived we had to wait... More

While staying in Henryville I was looking for a place to have dinner for our last night of vacation. I decided to go here after reading all of the good reviews. Food was very good! Two of us got the chopped steak with onions and mashed potatoes - tender and tasty comfort food. My daughter got the fried shrimp and... More

During our trips to the Poconos we always plan breakfast at Cooks Corner. The restaurant is very clean and pleasant. The choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner are amazing considering the size of the place. Very casual and full of locals. The 3 egg omelettes are my wife's favorite. I always have the breakfast special which is 2 eggs, choice of... More

We went to this restaurant after skiing at Camelback because of all the enthusiastic reviews. The waitress with the glasses seemed professional but not particularly friendly. I ordered the cheese steak with was described as "Steak, onions, homemade special sauce". I asked the waitress if she would reccommend it and she said yes. When it came, it was a huge... More

Wow! We are back in the area for a funeral, and just could not miss going to this little treasure for dinner last night. The weather was foggy and rainy outside, but inside this place was a warm and cozy as it could have been. Don't be dissapointed that they do not offer alcohol, you can have a beer somewhere... More

Expect a wait in season and on weekends. And you wait by the honor system. It is a small place. It looks like a diner but you can expect things like prime rib or crab cakes or salmon among the specials. A bit of home cooking with a touch of fine dining. Been there for lunch and dinner. Love the... More
