Great food always

We went there for Easter. The main dining room is small and we like it because they do not overbook on holidays . We did not have to wait for anything! My husband had the stuffed shrimp, huge stuffed shrimp, excellent stuffing, fantastic taste, mother-in-law had Veal Marsala, she had to take some... read more

Honestly, we had driven into the parking lot of this restaurant a few weeks ago, and driven out again because it looked like a bit of a dive. We returned because the Trip Advisor reviews indicated that it was a great place to eat, and I'm happy to report that the reviews are correct. Nice casual atmosphere inside, and the... More

I have eaten here a few times, the most recent on New Year's Eve. So, my rating reflects numerous times, because it would be lower if based on NYE. The service is usually slow, but NYE it was ridiculously slow. And we were one of the first tables seated. We waited 20 minutes for drinks and an hour for the... More

We had a fantastic dinner and experience at Leonard's in Hazleton. It's hidden behind other businesses along Broad street right across from the hospital. It's worth searching for. We did make reservations ahead of time and they are recommended. There is a small bar when you enter and the restaurant itself is broken into several rooms. They do have the... More

This was our first visit to Leonards. It was a bit difficult to find on a dark November evening but worth the effort. Food was very good. Staff was friendly and professional. Price was reasonable for fine dining - three 8 oz fillets for around $90 including drinks but no desert. Portion were about right.

My husband & I have never been to Leonard's before & have heard of all the great reviews from friends & family. They were right! The food was absolutely amazing! The stuffed eggplant was to die for & the linguine with white clan sauce was amazing. The waitress, Kimberly, was extremely friendly & knowledgeable about some items on the menu... More

Service was quite slow, only one waitress for the entire restaurant. Food was mediocre at best, a far cry from gourmet. After dining at this restaurant I wondered if I was in the right restaurant, sure enough I was. Won't be hurrying back any time soon.

This is clearly the best dining experience the area has to offer. We travel and dine extensively, yet rarely find a dining experience that exceeds Leonards. Creative weekly specials, excellent service, an exceptional bar, and all at very competitive prices. My recent pork osso bucco was the best I've ever had. Thursday Italian night is the best fine dining value... More

My wife and I are frequent diners, both in Northeast PA as well as NYC, New Jersey, Baltimore, and wherever we're traveling. Leonard's checks off all the boxes required for a great dining experience. Fresh and creative food selections, outstanding service, and the best drink in NEPA. it's a regular weekend evening spot for us and guests. Our children live... More
