So happy....they're back to their original recipe's and quality!

We were regular's at Cafe LaFontana for years. About 6-9 months ago they changed to a la carte. The worse part was their food quality went down... new recipe's just weren't as good. Just had dinner there tonight.... their back.... salad is included.... and the main course that I had was back... read more

Put his place was good years ago, but has drastically fallen downhill. Inside is beautiful, but the food and service have declined. The menu is too big and the restaurant is too empty to keep all those menu items fresh. Such great potential here, but they lost something over the years. Perhaps a good place for Kitchen Nightmares to film... More

We had received a gift certificate so decided to give it one more try. Unfortunately this place has officially struck out with us. From the vodka tonic served initially without lime, to then the late arriving lime being brown around the edges, to the wilted lettuce in my salad to the sad looking and old tasting side veggies and potatoes...there... VERY pleased with this restaurant. We had a private party for nearly 40 people. They couldn't have been nicer to work with. The food was exceptional as was all the service. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to this restaurant for many years and have watched it change from a great restaurant with reasonable prices to a ala carte averge restaurant When you order an entree. You get the entree only.no Salad.soup.or vegetable.I ordered Salmon and it was a piece of fish on a plate.not what I would call a meal. A tomato... More

The ambiance is pleasant. For the most part, the food was average. Fresh garlic knots were tasty. Some of the side vegetable options are of the frozen variety, not fresh. The tomato sauce on the eggplant parmesan was thin and lacking in body. Except for a few items, the menu is a la carte, which makes the meal somewhat pricey.

I have dined at Cafe La Fontana several times most recently mid-April of this year (2015). A friend was visiting and I decided to take her there for dinner. The service was friendly and helpful and we were seated promptly with a window table which is great for people watching. We both had salads which were fresh and tasty and... More

Had the pasta fagioli soup and gnocchi on a recent visit. The soup was a large portion for $5 but was tasteless and lacked salt. The homemade gnocchi was the worst I've ever had, mushy, watery and tasteless and way overpriced at $15. The tomato sauce was not fresh tasting. This restaurant used to have white table cloths on the... More

My partner and I went here for lunch on a late Saturday afternoon. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. We both enjoyed the lentil soup. I ordered the baked eggplant lasagna which had layers of eggplant instead of noodles and was superb. My husband enjoyed a pasta dish with sausage. Overall the food was delicious and we will be... We have eaten here since it opened. Many special family events like birthday's, graduations, anniversaries and just old fashioned let's go out to dinner. Never been disappointed. Is any restaurant perfect everytime, heck no and neither is my home cooking. Had another special night as it was our 34th wedding anniversary. Calamari, nice salad and talapia and pasta with seafood.... More
