Not Bad

Six of us had dinner. The service was good. The sushi and our dinner was very good. Cocktails were kind of expensive. Overall the place is very expensive for what you get. It cost us approximately $100 per person with cocktails appetizer and dinner.

I thought the whole deal about going to Benihana was the 'show' the chefs put on while preparing your food. I was pretty disappointed in realizing the 'show' is only at the very beginning for a few seconds and then a few seconds more when he did the 'volcano'; that was it. Which makes the price a bit high if... More

Kind of a disappointing evening out for my birthday. The food was good, not great. Our "table" smelled of gas. Next time I'll save some serious cash and hit a different hibachi restaurant. I guess you're paying for a name, but it's not worth it. And to top it off, their camera was broken, so no free photo of the... More

We went for dinner and were surprised by the quality of service and really better than average food. I had the hibachi steak and my husband had the shrimp. Either one a great choice. Fresh crisp veggies with white or fried rice, entrees come with soup and salad.

Benihanna always has excellent food. It's always fresh. Service is great. Food preparation is excellent. This never changes. I have been eating at this restaurant over the last 40 years. Great any time. Their dishes are consistently good whenever you eat there. It's a good place to take friends and relatives to for special occasions or just a nice place... More

My wife and I enjoy taking our kids to a hibachi restaurant on occassion, as a desirable alternative to the typical family establishment and chain restaurant. We found the experience at Benihana to be average, at best, when compared to other similar restaurants. The prices, though, were 10-20% higher than typical. I had never visited a Benihana before; I doubt... More

I hadn't been to a Benihana's in at least twenty years. I remember it very fondly and of course was wondering if time would have taken a toll on the brand. I can assure you it did not. The chef was personable and entertaining and created an onion volcano that truly impressed. The food of course was superb and presented... More

We go to Benihana's fairly regularly. It is one of my families favorite places. However, I tired to take my mom out to lunch today at noon. They wouldn't serve us lunch, only dinner entrees. I get that it is Valentine's day, but my mother and I just wanted to enjoy a nice lunch together on a Friday afternoon. They... More

Theresa, the manager, has been there for years and we always enjoy a nice hello when we arrive. We have been going to this restaurant for quite some time now and the filet mignon never disappoints! The seared tuna is also one of my favorites.
