Six adults and two children on a quiet Monday evening and it was very good. Drinks were good sized and the food was delicious. The two little ones had more than they could handle while the portions for the adults were just right. The service was good - not overbearing and not difficult to find when needed. We'll go back.

Its a good place for sure. Food is better than you would expect, prices a little higher than you would expect. The real reason to go here is the nice selection of drinks, especially beers and outstanding bartenders. They always have the same two guys and a Lady, they will come to know you and what you drink, also if... More

I was staying nearby for a business trip and heard about Gilligans from a co worker. I had stopped here Tuesday night for drinks and was pretty slow. Thursdsay night came back with few co workers for dinner. We all thought the food was very good including prime rib. Drinks were fair and service was above average. They have several... More

I could walk to this place from La Quinta on Eisenhower Drive and was great! The salad was so bjg I ate it in my car the next day on my way back to Kentucky. The waitress was very friendly and attentive to my needs. If you stay at that La Quinta, do yourself a favor and walk across the... More

During a recent visit to Harrisburg I ate here 3 times. I highly recommend the Kobe beef and provolone sub sandwich. It was amazing! I had it twice! The prime rib is also very good. They are open late and serve a limited menu until midnight.

After a long 6+ hour drive, my wife and I didn't want to dine in anywhere so we phoned in a carryout order here since it was close to our hotel. We ordered a full slab of the ribs to share. My goodness! Many places claim to have "fall off the bone" ribs and many places do. But most often,... More

We had dinner here one night mainly because it was across the street from our hotel. We walked in the bar side first, which smelled distinctly of smoke. We then went in the restaurant side and found it to be quite lovely. We were there for an early dinner, so the restaurant was not crowded at all. We had excellent... More

I had read earlier reviews about this restaurant and the biggest complaint was about the smoke. Since we're not smokers either, I was a bit wary, but decided that the food reviews made this worth a try. The bar is, in fact, smoky, but there is a closed door that separates it from the restaurant and there was no smoke... More

We were passing through Harrisburg on our way home from a trip. We stayed at a local hotel for the night and found this restaurant on Trip Advisor. It was only about 1/4 mile from our hotel, and we were tired of driving, so it was perfect. When we looked at the reviews, we were surprised at the range of... More
