Good Experience

Best to get in close to 11:30 as it gets quite busy. Service was good. Food was fresh and tasty. Had the half size of the Popeye's Salad (spinach). Nice sized portion with lots of spinach, crispy bacon, hard-boiled egg, onion, and warm bacon dressing - yum!

Basic diner food. Always leave feeling icky like I ate food that was way too greasy. The staff there could be nicer but it pains them too much to smile or pretend like they want you to enjoy being there.

We ran into Roxy's after visiting the Pennsylvania Museum because the museum does not have a cafe- only vending. I had the Veggie "chili" which was actually soup filled with garbanzo beans, kidney beans and veggies- quite tasty-$2,50 It comes with crackers but I ordered a side of the toast. My husband had a hot tuna melt sub, although I... More

Stopped here for lunch by chance. So glad we did. Had subs and they were excellent. The rolls were fresh and everything was cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Good: Great prices Good food Good food... Emphasis Great service Bad: Not a shabby chic place, more like a whole in the wall type place. Give it a chance. You won't be disappointed.

One of the few restaurants that was open near the Capitol and the State museum on Saturday afternoon. It was very quaint and the food was very good

The people are always friendly, the place is pretty small, not much seating so it's best to get it to go. if you love salads, you have to try the Moroccan salad when strawberries are in season!

For breakfast, we enjoyed a simple meal of delicious pancakes (truly yummy) and an omelet. Inexpensive, fast and friendly service.

The food was OK, but as I stated in the title there is better places to eat. The location was convenient that day. Next time I will go elsewhere. They serve Utz potato chips, sorry but if your selling chips in Harrisburg area it needs to be Middleswarth or none.
