McGrath's is a great pub and restaurant on a side street in downtown Harrisburg. As a real Irish pub they have a great bar selection with a good choice of draft beers and cask beer specials. Their regular menu has a great choice of very good dishes. Their wings are outstanding. They run specials every week or so and they... More

Great vibe in this place. The bar is a little tight. So get there early if you want to sit at the bar. Friendly staff, good selection of beers.

We love the food here and I chose to have my graduation dinner here because we couldn't think of a meal that would be as dependably delicious. Overall, this is a gem!

The food here is definitely a cut above your average "pub grub" and equal to plenty of restaurants that charge a lot more. The Espresso-Chipotle Braised Beef Short Ribs are incredible and at $16 quite a bargain. I've also had the Irish Pub Chicken, which was also extremely good, although a bit rich. Also a bargain at $15. Whoever is... More

We were visiting the area for the weekend and happened upon this quaint restaurant. We enjoyed our meals and found the prices reasonable! Wouldn't hesitate to visit again and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Sat at the bar and ordered a beer and sandwich for dinner. They suggested the Ruben sandwich and can say it was one of the best had in a very long time. If you find yourself in Harrisburg and dinning alone, give this place a try you won't be disappointed.

We stopped in on the way to Hershey Park. Looked like a popular spot with the afterwork crowd. They had good happy hour deals like $2 miller lites and $4 for all the quality drafts. We also really enjoyed our dinners - salmon fish and chips, wings, and shepherd's pie.
