This place has been renovated from a dive bar, which was actually very fun, and I was worried that they would make it overly posh. They avoided that and retained the charm of the location and kept a really fun crowd and bartenders. The food is quite salty and heavy, but it is a great place to catch up with... More

During our one night in Harrisburg, we wanted a casual place to grab a good burger and beer after exploring some of the history of the city. We also wanted somewhere we could easily walk from where we were staying and based on reviews decided to give Sturges a try. It was a Wednesday late afternoon, so we caught some... More

I was in the area with some friends looking for a place to eat and stumbled across this place. It is small but homey. The bartender is amazing. Great beer selection and the good was out of this world. I would go again if I'm ever in the area!

After we were sat the host did warn us that the kitchen was backed up and that there would be a little bit of a wait. No problem. The last 2 times we came to Sturgis, the BBQ pork belly eggs benedict was great! The combination of the sweet tangy barbecue sauce on a crispy pork belly and homemade biscuits... More

We stopped in to have lunch on the recommendation of the clerk at the Planetarium (separate review) and got in right away and were seated in a booth. I liked the sound of the turkey club and got that along with a caesar side salad which was made with tangy salad dressing instead of mayo. Hubby got his favorite Crabbie's... More

My wife, mother-in-law, and I stopped in to Sturges Speakeasy to check out an NFL game that was not on regular broadcast. We came in with high expectations based on feedback from friends, and a perusal of the online menu. Sturges has two levels, and the first level seemed a bit more skewed to the boisterous bar crowd; the second... More

Ate here on a Sunday and they only had a limited brunch and lunch menu. One omelet was offered and it had boars sausage (?) so our vegetarian daughter had them substitute some veggies which they did with no problem. There was only one hamburger on the menu and it had baked beans, bacon, onion crisps and a fried egg... More

Enjoyed delicous "early" small plates. My husband's plate of mussels were excellent! Try their specials. You won't be disappointed. '

Lunched here with my daughter who is a picky eater. She absolutely adored her meal. I loved the neat location and atmosphere. The waitstaff was very attentive and helpful. I looked at the Sunday Brunch menu and am vowing to go back for that delicious meal.
