Unique Experience

My wife and I had eaten dessert at a Melting Pot in the past, but never a full meal. We wanted to try it and thought our 10 year old would enjoy it. They don't have a printed kids menu, but a selection of entrees the server will let you know. The service was great, our server was very patient... read more

We had to leave because they kept saying hold on wait minute. We ended up waiting an hour on a not so busy night. And overall 2 hours and only appetizers. The manager then wanted us to pay. How stupid are they. Don't go.

From the moment you walk in the door, EVERYONE is greeting you, smiling at you, asking you how your day is going.....things that SHOULD be part of every day, but sadly are not(WONDERFUL ATMOSPHERE!) The food is served in 4 courses, and each course is excellent! we went with the lobster-steak-chicken-shrimp combo, for our main course. The first course is... More

This place has me hooked on fondue! Try the Melting Pot original chocolate peanut butter! My family went for my birthday, and it was definitely a special meal. We had great service!

This was our first visit, so we did not have a clear expectation of how the meal would go -- we just thought the idea of a fondue dinner was fun for just the two of us! Our waiter (Ian) was superb, with a self-deprecating sense of humor (while he demonstrated that he had a command of the craft involved... More

Was a fun first try at fondue here in the states as the real first time was in Switzerland on a boat in Lake Thun. The melting pot had welcoming and knowledgeable staff so we tried the 4 course experience and it was very good. The salad was nice, then came cheese fondue time, since we went with another couple,... This was my first fonduo experience and I loved most of it. Cheese and chocolate fondous were the best and you may land up scratching the chocolate from the pot. Dim and relaxing ambiance. The restaurant staff is super friendly and professional. The food is good but over priced.

Had a good time out with friends. Was skeptical when my wife suggested it. The main course and the dessert were very good.

I heard a lot about the melting pot before I went. Valentines dinner ran $55 per person. It seemed to me that the amount of food that my husband and I were given (in terms of meat/chicken) was just enough for one person. Each person got about 4 pieces of each item to cook in the hot pot. For desert,... More
