The Melting Pot was an enjoyable experience. Went with friends. We hadn't fondued in many years. This evening was slow paced. Atmosphere was relaxed. We were not rushed. Our table server was knowledgeable and guided us along. No question asked was too dumb. Each course was very good starting with the cheese fondue and ending with the delicious dessert fondue.... Terrific food and awesome service. Like usual. Never had a bad meal here. Will return again. Not sure which course is my favorite. Cheese fondue is amazing. Salads always fresh and tasty. Meat fondue is delish. And of course a family fav is choc fondues. Yum yum.

This is a very dark and romantic meal. The food was outstanding and it is more about the company that you are with than anything else. Sharing a drink and a great meal and the smore dessert pot was scrumptious!!!

The melting pot is one of those places where the experience is just as good as the food. The full four course experience can take about two hours or longer. This place is simple, yet awesome. We hadn't been there in two years, yet when we returned they had notes on our previous visit. Name another place that does that.... More

We went for a family outing with 2 kids ages 8 and 13 for the younger one's birthday. Some prior reviews said service was poor but we found it to be fairly good. They brought a small dessert with our son's name written on the plate in chocolate-a nice touch. We had the cheese fondue for 2 which was plenty... More

If you go on a Saturday, ask to have Zack as your waiter. He is one of the managers that serves on the weekend. He will customize your meal to your likely. Great Sweet Tea

We had to leave because they kept saying hold on wait minute. We ended up waiting an hour on a not so busy night. And overall 2 hours and only appetizers. The manager then wanted us to pay. How stupid are they. Don't go.

My wife and I had eaten dessert at a Melting Pot in the past, but never a full meal. We wanted to try it and thought our 10 year old would enjoy it. They don't have a printed kids menu, but a selection of entrees the server will let you know. The service was great, our server was very patient... More

From the moment you walk in the door, EVERYONE is greeting you, smiling at you, asking you how your day is going.....things that SHOULD be part of every day, but sadly are not(WONDERFUL ATMOSPHERE!) The food is served in 4 courses, and each course is excellent! we went with the lobster-steak-chicken-shrimp combo, for our main course. The first course is... More
