Varied menu. Great atmosphere. The food is always excellent. I usually get the Sea Bass which I have ordered all over and this is up there with the best. Drinks are also good

Walked by and it looked inviting, so decided to give it a go. Was not disappointed. Kobe sliders were excellent, so was the BBQ chicken pizza.

Stood in line to order at a cashier and was given a number to wait for the food to be brought to the table. It wasn't extraordinarily busy, but the service was very slow. The ham and swiss was so overpowered with dijon mustard that you could taste nothing except the dijon. The "flatbread" was more of a ciabatta with... More

Cafe Fresco was recommended by the local Visitors' Bureau as a restaurant that changes character (in a good way) depending on whether it's time for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Guess what? They were right! Likes: Great place for a morning coffee and croissant, sitting either inside or out. Same thing for dinner. In the morning, there's a friendly coffee-house atmosphere.... More

I confess: I am a "foodie", and this restaurant never fails to deliver. Took four old friends there on 4th of July--not exactly when you'd expect to have the best service or food--and the meal was simply terrific. Started with small plates, then onto the entrees. Each was fresh, with unique flavors and fresh ingredients. You simply cannot go wrong... More

Contemporary with excellent service. Something on the menu for everyone with a heavy Asian influence. Nice wine and beverage selection. Very accommodating of gluten free issues. Handled our large group very well.

Fresh ingredients, great food. It's a bit pricey for someone to go every day, but apart from that, it's a nice treat a few times a month. Pizza is fantastic.

Good choice of sandwiches and salads freshly made, tasty. You can eat in, outside or take out. Prices are reasonable.

As a long time resident of the Harrisburg region this restaurant by far is now #1 for overall quality of food, service and a very friendly staff. I reviewed the other Harrisburg restaurants listed and know for a fact that Café Fresco now is the best! It is very casual and not stuffy. Some of the other restaurants are unfriendly... More

When I went to college in central PA, I used to dine at Cafe Fresco at least once a month. It has been many years since I've been back to Harrisburg since graduating college. This past Friday night, the restaurant was closed for a private party (wedding) where I was lucky enough to take a trip down memory lane with... More
