Small cafe in Hamburg, PA- easy stop off of I -78, Hamburg exit. Breakfast options all day with lunch starting at 11am. Traditional breakfast with options such as scrapple. Great coffee, hot. Place filled with locals, friendly service. Excellent prices. Interesting peek into local culture in a town with PA Dutch influence- town built up around the Reading Railroad.

You might have to fight the morning crowd in the morning but it will be worth it. Great scrapple. Good breakfast for a reasonable price.

All American choice , this is the place to go folks! Definitely not to be missed if you are in the Shoemakersville area, looking for breakfast, I would not go anywhere else if I just wanted my eggs and bacon! Remember, some of the other new places around, don't know anything about our Pennsylvania Dutch heritage, this one definitely DOES!... More

Small eatery in the center of town in Hamburg prepares and serves the best homemade soups around. Nice menu for breakfast and lunch. I think they close at 2pm. No dinners. Great place. Friendly staff.

I do realize that there are other breakfast items on the menu, but I do love chipped beef on toast with home fries and this diner has the best of both. Don't be shocked if you order a fried sticky bun if the waitress asks you if you want a male or female sticky bun. As Jeff Dunham's puppet Achmed... More

As I live in Hamburg, I can tell you that my husband and I frequent this cafe on a regular basis for breakfast and lunch as they are only open during those hours. They have very good food, friendly service and reasonable prices. It's always nice to see new faces and we locals are always willing to help tourists with... More
