The Epic Buffet is one of the best buffets we have found at a casino in PA or N.J. It is very clean, roomy, comfortable and the food is delicious. My husband has to eat gluten free and the chefs have come out in the past and told him what was available as well as providing him with some meat... More

In the beginning of all these new casinos You could win a little money once in awhile and enjoy a good buffet. NOT ANY MORE! Hollywood Casino and the Epic Buffet has gone down hill just like the rest of them. They have raised the price and for the most part now serve slop. After loosing all your money at... More

My Daughter, Son-in-Law, and I had Christmas dinner at the Epic Buffet. They seemed to be extremely short-handed and our waitress seemed to be non-stop. The food was okay, but seemed to be more limited in the selections than in the past. This surprised me since they charged more! I will say that the waitress and cashier were both friendly... More

A little bit of many different foods and an entertainment spot afterwards (slots). Good food at a very reasonable price.

The wife and I decided to try their buffet this evening because we always hear the advertisements and had never been there. The waitress was 110% on the ball and fantastic. However, I guess the best way to describe the food would be in the words of Al Czervik. "And tell the cook this is low grade dog food. I've... More

Last time at this casino, we tried their fast food outlet and were very disappointed. We did have at least 1 decent meal at the buffet so we decided to try it for Sunday Brunch. That is not going to happen again!! Had a piece of their beef roast and besides being a little too rare for me, it had... More

If you enjoy buffets, the Epic Buffet within the Hollywood Casino is an excellent restaurant. The selection of foods is very good, the food is very good, the restaurant is spacious and airy and kept very very clean! The wait staff were friendly and on-the-ball to keep tables clean and beverages refreshed.

Epic Restaurant, located in Hollywood Casino is Big in every sense of the word! The Casino itself is themed "at the Movies" and that theme caries over to the Buffet. There are American selections (Fried Chicken, Turkey, Roast Beef) English selections (Fish and Chips) Italian selections (Pizza, Pasta Bar) Asian selections (Dumplings, Spring Rolls, Fried Rice) a few different Soups.... The buffet is not a good value for the price. If you go when they are staffed the food is hot. On the off times things are empty and selection not the best.

Food was good. Only thing I got that wasn't was eggs benedict. The english muffin was very hard. Other than that everything was pretty good. One thing I especially liked is everyone must be 21 years or older to get in. So no screaming kids! Which in my book is always a plus! I think we paid about $20 each.... More
