I just went here with family since we were in the area, and decided to try it because it looked like an old 1950s diner. The staff were dressed in the period garb, and the place reflected the time period pretty well. As much as decorations play a part in a review, the food should be the star, and unfortunately,... We ate dinner at Ruby's one night while we were in the Glen Mills area. The atmosphere itself is really fun. The whole place is decked out in the style of a 1950's diner which was really cool. The food, on the other hand, was just okay. I had the burger, which was good, but not the best I've ever... More

We ate here for lunch. Extensive menu. Great food and large portions. Friendly staff. I had the corned beef sandwich. Awesome!

Had lunch here recently with my parents. The place is spotless, the service warm and friendly and the food is well prepared with generous portions…..everything a good diner should be!

A very nice place for all times of the day. Breakfast only til 11 though. Really great hamburgers and a great turkey burger. Only negative is drink prices, they do not show up on the menu.

The burgers are okay, but everything else is awful. That includes the decor (you need sunglasses to sit in the place) and the service. Not worth the trip, even if you live next door.

This is a throw back diner and it's a fun place to take young children or meet a friend for lunch. When I go I usually meet friends and it's easy for us to talk, catch up, have a bite to eat and not feel rushed out the door. Though people go for the burgers I usually order a salad... More

Ruby's Diner is a themed restaurant in Glen Mills, PA. I was not even born in the 1950's so it is hard for me to compare this to a diner of that era, but I am sure that Ruby's is missing the mark. The big fake cash register out front should go! The hamburgers seem to be the best item... More

Ruby's Diner is a west coast institution on the east coast, a classic 1940s themed restaurant that serves up some of my favorite hamburgers around. Probably more of a themed restaurant than a diner (Although, I wish it was open late!). Ruby's serves the perfect soda shop style hamburger in all its greasy delcious simplicity. Plenty of burger options, but... More

I've always believed that it was hard for a restaurant to screw up breakfast. What's so hard about eggs over easy, with sausage and a cinnamon roll french toast? I now stand corrected. I sat at the counter and it took a while for a waitress to notice that I had not yet been served. The reason was that seven... More
