In the middle of no ware you can find this lovely place ! It's a beautiful restaurant and a really nice bee and breakfast . You can have a dinner in a place that remind an old silos farm , the ambient is really nice and elegant and the food is really good. You can eat the pork or the... More

Driving to the Glasbern from the west took us through scenic PA. the dining room is spacious with widely space tables of highly finished wooden tables. The service was attentive and tuned to our desires. The menu is limited by the Farm to Table theme and the food glows with the freshness and exquisite preparation. Each plate presentation was focused... More

My girlfriend and I loved our room and dinner. We were in the main barn which was nice except for the ants that came. Easier to get to if you have a car. At certain times it seemed like the staff was a bit on edge around us , but I guess based on the area not many black people... More

We went for a fun weekend away. We expected the food to be high quality but often times farm to table style dining entails rustic preparation and simple presentation. The preparation and presentation were excellent, far exceeding our expectations. On Saturday nights the menu is prix-fixe $60 for four courses (salad, starter, entree, dessert) with a $10 upcharge for beef... More

Let me start by saying we had a very attentive and pleasant server. My husband and I have our favorites in the Lehigh Valley area, but decided to revisit a place we do not frequent. We remember it being exceptionally classy and elegant. While the atmosphere is still nice, we found that the extra level is gone. We started our... More

Service was excellent as always - as is the atmosphere !! All of the food is prepared wonderfully from start to finish - except if you order the meats - tonight especially the prime rib and lamb. If that's what 'organic growing' does to meat then no thank you. We have been here before and ordered fish and chicken and... More

My family and I had our Thanksgiving Dinner at the Glasbern Inn and were very happy with our choice. The four course meal was wonderful, the wait staff was very pleasant and attentive, and the setting was what I had expected - Pennsylvania Country. We found the portions to be just the right size, and each course was served at... More

While a very nice botique hotel with on-premise farm and locally sourced dining options, food portions are small and not as flavorful as much easier to find and more affordable options. I would much faster recommend Grille 3501 for an esteemed restaurant in the West Allentown general vicinity.

Wanted a romantic atmosphere to celebrate my wife's birthday. There is absolutely no joie de vivre at Glasbern. It is cold and unwelcoming. Most of the staff have little training or experience. When there is a problem, it's not handled well....if at all. And, you pay an extraordinarily high price for very ordinary food. We will never return. Our latest... More

We live in New Jersey and saw the Glasbern Inn website. It looked so lovely that we thought we might want to spend a weekend there in the summer especially since it has a pool, looked quiet and relaxing and the suites and rooms looked lovely. Since the Pub and Dining Room are open to the public, we thought we... More
