We had a wonderful meal with great service and fantastic food. We were a party of 5 and they gave us a private room in the back of the restaurant. The waitstaff was amazing. We had had snacks at the bar with wine the night before and that was a great experience also! Bartender was equally as nice and personable... More

We did a Friday night reservation to sit at the bar, two of Phila's finest Jazz musicians sat at the other end and provided us with a personal concert as we enjoyed the continuous finest meals Chester County restaurants can offer. Seriously, this place is just a little bit higher than your average restaurant, but the food, service and atmosphere... More

My wife and I enjoyed a special dinner for her birthday at the Duling-Kurtz in late March 2014. We had endured bitter winter weather all season and, that night, it was still very cold outside. We were initially seated in an exterior room near a window. I could feel a draft and asked our server for an interior room. He... More

Pricey for dinner, not too costly for lunch. Nice place to impress a special date, anniversary, or event/meeting.

This is one my favorite restaurants. It is a little pricey but excellent for a quiet evening out with that special someone.

I've lived in Chester County, PA for 19 years and finally made it to Duling-Kurtz for dinner. The menu is eclectic and broad enough to satisfy most anyone. The food was fabulous and our waitress (Amy) definitely is part of the dining experience! I can't wait to return later this spring (if it finally ever gets here) and enjoy the... More

Came here in December 2013 and had a wonderful meal in one of the upstairs rooms with a warm and cozy fireplace. Our waiter was very attentive without hovering and all 5 of us had delicious meals. A bit overpriced but meal was terrific.

Celebrated moms 78 birthday, surprise dinner, private dining room. Waitress treated us crappy. Appetizer calamari portion puny. Everyone was served appetizers and soup, but she served my mom last. She was the guest of honor! Moms onion soup was too greasy for her. Waitress replied "sorry we get compliments all the time" and walked out of the room. Left the... More

First impressions are everything, WAITRESS very snooty and definitely not friendly with all of her Madames and Sirs. Had to ask for water all the time, asked if she had a bus boy and she flicked her head and said NOOOO. Food came out cold, appetizers very small portions, oysters the size of small clams. Calamari extremely small portion. Escargot... More
