homemade fresh authentic italian food; no one makes their food any fresher than this place; small and need reservations most days but always worth it

We booked our party for my daughters communion party at Allegria. When I called to finalize the menu, the owner informed me that she booked the room to someone else and blamed me for not calling back soon enough. Since she took my information when I called to book the reservation, I would have thought she would have called me... More

This is a great little restaurant. The food is freshly made. It's also BYOB, so that keeps the prices down. Weekend reservations are a must!

A small family run restaurant serving outstanding food with warm hospitality located in an old Victorian house. Though it has been refurbished, there is inadequate sound absorbing materials and not too much space between tables; the result is a noisy environment. Bring your own wine and have an outstanding dinner.

The appetizers were fantastic. I had the eggplant parm dish and it was very good. The service here was exceptional. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I went with a party of four for early dinner. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the lighting and ambiance close to perfect. The service was reasonably prompt throughout the meal. We all ordered different pasta dishes. They ranged from very good to excellent in terms of presentation and taste; but the portions were parsimonious for the prices charged,... More

Stopped in for dinner on the way home and I can't think of a better description for the food (grandma's cooking). the southern italy's cooking tasted as authenthic as it can get on this side of the pond. Will definetely stop by again on my next trip to the area.

My boyfriend and I took my parents out last weekend and absolutely loved it. Personally coming from an Italian family this is as close to authentic you'll get without flying to Italy. We enjoyed that it was byob because that gave us the opportunity to splurge on dessert. I ordered the penne rapini and it was delicious. We also ordered... More

Arrived at 5pm at opening. Quick greeting and seating. Wide selection of entrees and served quickly. Alcoholic beverages not available -- bring your own bottle. We had just arrived into town and were disappointed at not being able to get an alcoholic beverage. The entrees were average taste put pricey. We tried the desert melody of Tiramasu, cheese cake, and... More
